Nando's PERi-PERi

Great food. Nice customer service. A little slow on getting orders completed. I think they are understaffed. A little more help in there and maybe they can focus on the register or welcoming guest. Looks like they have a bunch of roles and that's gotta be stressful. Im not sure how comfortable I am having stressed out people handling, making my food.

Every time that I’ve had the opportunity to patronize this business while visiting, the food and service has been excellent! The food is seasoned to perfection and they offer a variety of food options to cater to dietary preferences. My order is always accurate and served in a timely manner. I also like that there’s seating for large groups. There’s adequate parking in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Weren't open during their posted hours. Doors were locked, no employees came to open up.

if i could select no stars that would be great lol started with me working in and no clean tables which isn’t crazy during the rush hour so i can understand that. I went to order with my family without any issues, they didn’t have wings which was like okay that’s fine. As the cashier is getting my change he notices that they don’t have coins. He asks his manager (Shannon) for change to which she says “what!” with an attitude and then says “just round it up”. honestly I’ve never heard that but i guess she doesn’t care to be short a few dollars at the end of the day. As I’m getting drinks the cashier runs over and lets me know they’re out of breast but they can give me 2 thighs if I’m okay with dark meat instead of waiting. I agreed and then the food was brought to our tables. the rainbow bowls we ordered had a very small piece of chicken which looked very obvious they cut a 1 meal portion to make it enough for 2 meals.
I let my waiter know and she partnered with her manager (Shannon) who says “that’s just the portion“ i don’t agree and have a picture of the plate. she came over after i asked for the cooperatE number just to say she split one piece into 2 meals which again did not look that way because of the uneven portions which was obvious.
why not try to make the customer a resolution. she also stated “i am not here to give away free chicken“ well i was not in to ask for free chicken and i had already paid for the order. one could also say she stole the chicken i had ordered but i did not say that. After having observed her poor manager skills with her associates/employees i knew our conversation was going no where since she didn’t care.

Really hope she is not the store manager because if she is, she is costing Nando’s serious money.

i tried to give nandos another chance after leaving a fly inside one of my peers lunch before during our cooperate meeting but i think this is where i draw the line and ill stick to guapos or other chicken spots.

Food was decent. Chicken was not well cooked.

Service was horrible. We had left over fries and peri per naise with hummus that needed containers. The manager was walking by next to our asking the table next to use how the food was, when he was done I asked him I needed containers for the sauce and hummus he said he would get it. We waited and he never came by. The I asked the waitress and she brought me a small container for the sauce. Which would only fit a little bit of the peri peri naise. I walked up to the front desk I asked the guy I needed container for the hummus we got. That same manager was behind hima dn he tells him I need 2-3 of those small sauce cups. He gave them to me and I ended up trying to fit hummus in those small sauce cups.

Last time I'm coming here. I came to nandos after a long time and the experience at this location was really bad. The front door waitess was very moody and the manager was didn't care.

We had a slight wait due to how busy it was. The Manager was amazing and gave my kids some reading encouragement with a coupon for a free kids meal if they read. They offered us a free appetizer (while we waited for our chicken) We tried Halloumi with a sweet and spicy sauce. I recommend.

Best service I’ve had in a long time.

Nando’s is my favorite place to eat in Woodbridge. Amazing food and friendly people!!
