Terrible customer service we we told by a server that “it’s only 4 dollars” after an admitting error on a new servers behalf. Confrontational behavior by restaurant worker. Supervisor corrected error but servers need training

We sat in an area that had missing ceiling tiles. We had to have the table wiped after we sat down.Vegetarian options: Minestrone, salad with balsamic on side no croutons, plain breadsticks

Came in for an order of Chicken Knocci soup for the first in a while. The phone support was great, as was the on-site service. Each representative was attentive, nice, and professional. The greeter opened the door for me with a smile. My wait was about 5-6 minutes past my scheduled pickup, but I didn't mind the wait. I took off a star because they no longer include breadsticks with soup orders. Salads get bottomless breadsticks, as does just about any other Olive Garden meal... except for a $21 bowl of soup. :|

I love the Olive Garden chain. The atmosphere was really good but my server was nasty. ? When my soup and salad arrived I alerted her that my spoon had dried food on it. She apologized and took the spoon to get me another. After 3 trips back to the kitchen she remembered my spoon. My server came out holding drinks from the bar with my spoon clutched in her fingers.? Then to top it off the 2nd spoon had dried food on it as well! ?? I asked the manager for my check so I could leave. She took some off my bill but the server was visibly upset. She brought out 3 containers for my food and left. I packaged my food and asked another server for a bag. I’m definitely posting this at the hospital because service matters but hygiene matters more in restaurants or it should.
