We were at Outback today around 3:30 PM with my husband and son. Our waitress was a sweet young lady named Blue. Unfortunately, the guest seated across from us was extremely rude, demanding, and outright disrespectful toward her. Despite the yelling and uncalled-for behavior, Blue remained incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout it all.

The situation became so uncomfortable due to the guest’s behavior that we, as a family, felt compelled to leave....

Ordered through the curbside service, their takeout professional was awesome and she took the time to explain why I wasn’t able to order a certain item for takeout. I appreciate being able to be able to tip the person in person as opposed to signing it on the check so I sometimes concern myself when I leave zero on that form, but I know what my intentions are.

Absolutely in love with this location! We came to have my son’s birthday dinner with family tonight and the whole thing was just perfect. Our server, Ashley, was amazing. We had a decent size group of 11 and she was on top of everything. We had three small kids with us and she made sure they all had what they needed and was so sweet to them. She worked so fast and was just so fun. She took my son’s birthday cake back to the kitchen to get it all ready for him and made a little...
