I saw the biggest roach I have ever seen in my entire life exiting the restaurant as I was entering the building,and this is truly saying something considering I grew up with roaches. I also proceeded to try out the Jersey Mike's down the street because seeing that was off-putting and I did not want to even go there and lo and behold dead roach es on their floor as well.

Everything was fresh, had the option of waiting one minute for fresh off the grill entree when it was close to the bottom of the pot. Great staff and easy experience. Tried four different entrees and they were all on point. Great location

Always a go-to if we're out and about. My husband loves the walnut shrimp.
Kid-friendliness: Display of foods are low enough if you have a child that would like to choose their own entrees.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps inside the restaurant, and their is access from the parking lot to the sidewalk.
Panda used to be good, but like many restaurants during the pandemic, the prices for everything went up and never went back down even 3 years post pandemic. Servers give hugely inconsistent portion sizes and then charge you a premium for very small amounts of certain entrees. At 20 bucks a head in 2024 you would be much better off going to an actual restaurant and at least getting a fair amount of quality food for what you're paying. Panda is not worth it anymore.

They will jip you on the Shrimp! I ordered the family pack for $40. This price included an extra $4.50 when you choose the Shrimp as one of your entrees. The manager says they have a policy to NOT fill the carton because they count out 20 pieces, but in my video, you will only see 17. NOTE: I mistakenly stated 19, but was 2 higher than the count.
So, to recap, good and tasty food, but they will get you on the shrimp.
Store manager, is very unprofessional, rude, not welcoming. Poor representation for Panda Express. I will also be making a corporate complaint!

I purchased the family meal and then decided to join the long line for additional food. I ordered a premium protein for my plate and Meat and Broccoli for the second item. I noticed that Dinora was serving more meat than broccoli to the person ahead of me. When it was my turn, I politely asked Dinora to do the same for me, but she filled my plate with more broccoli than meat. I kindly requested her to follow the same serving proportions as the previous person, but she engaged in a rude and unprofessional exchange with me. This experience led me to cancel my order. It’s unfortunate that my impression of Panda Express Woodbridge was tainted by Dinora’s lack of customer service.
