The food is great, it’s just frustrating that there is no drive-throughhhhh! It’s the only Panda Express that does not have one…never been to one that lacks it, which is crazy. Going inside is a hassle because it feels chaotic sometimes.

Hair in food. Noticed it right after they almost refused to give me an online order. Apparently your email verification and order number is not enough proof. I think they put hair in it on purpose because they made me stand at the store for almost 40 minutes about how legit my email verification was

I previously left a bad review over 5 years ago complaining about wait times and staff incompetency. Its a shame that absolutely NOTHING has improved in 2026. Don't order here unless you mobile order at least 25 minutes in advance.

I just visited this location. It was clean and all of the associates were friendly. Especially Ellen who prepared my meal! She was patient and provided service with a smile! The food was hot and looked fresh and there was a nice variety of options. Highly recommend.

They don’t even fill up the container half way. I mean the bowls. My super greens taste old and spoiled. It looks gross. This has happened at least twice now.

Nov 16th, ordered Panda Express through Postmates in the evening. Ordered the Crispy Sesame Chicken and Beef with Bejing Beef and Chow Mein and Fried Rice as my sides. They completely omitted the Crispy Sesame Chicken and Beef. Could’ve called and asked if I wanted a replacement entree or made it fresh if they ran out. Order number 39564870320488455
UPDATE: immediately after eating the chow mein and bejing beef I started to feel sick. My husband also did not feel well after he ate his chow mein and orange chicken. This is the last time we will order from this Panda Express

I saw the biggest roach I have ever seen in my entire life exiting the restaurant as I was entering the building,and this is truly saying something considering I grew up with roaches. I also proceeded to try out the Jersey Mike's down the street because seeing that was off-putting and I did not want to even go there and lo and behold dead roach es on their floor as well.
