I love Panera Bread however this location was below the standard. I ordered a salad and a pastry to go. When I arrived home I was very disappointed because the salad that I got did not come with the dressings advertised which was one ranch and the other the goddess dressing. I was looking forward to the goddess dressing and instead I got two ranch dressings. The salad was supposed to be accompanied with a bagel but I got chops which is not what I requested. Finally when I saw the pastry the size was super tiny. I had ordered one cherry pastry that I saw in the bakery side which looked like a good size but instead I ended up with a quarter the size and 4X the price. I am very disappointed with my order, I will not be coming back to this location again!

This is a review of the way the company has treated me about a problem I had at this location. First I have to say the employees here are absolutely wonderful!
That being said I ordered the Rustic Baked Potato Soup and the Fireside Chili as well as the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack. Before I even finished the meal my stomach started to have issues turning and bubbling. This was the first thing I had to eat this particular day and I had just gone to the bathroom & showered before I went in. I had to RACE home & barley made it to the bathroom! Customer relations deny it was them thay caused it & will not do anything other than offer to refund me for the meal, which after making me sick, I'm sorry that's not enough.
If you want to stay healthy avoid eating here. They do not care at all about their customers or their health & well being. I am disgusted by the way I have been treated. I was a lifelong customer but now I will never eat here again!

This is probably one of the worst Panera’s that I have been to. Multiple times they have forgotten items. A lot of the time when I order online my food isn’t even ready when I get there at the pick up time. Honestly never going to this location again, I would rather drive much further for better service.
