Alyssa is the kindest and sweetest Panera employee I have ever met. I made a mistake with my order, came back into the restaurant and asked for assistance. Alyssa rectified MY mistake within 5 minutes and at no charge to me. This kind of customer service is no longer common, however, I am grateful to have had such a pleasant experience at Panera because of Alyssa’s kind heart. Thank you! 🩷

I just came-back from Panera Bread from this location. I was amazed from the service Griselda provided for me. I used to come regularly but did not registered as member. Panera is kinda an average place overall? I get my coffee and brownie from them. Pretty good alternative if you dont wanna pay Starbucks prices.

All around negative experience with the Panera brand. Not sure the management and staff at this location care much about the guest experience. Wait times for drinks are in excess of 15 minutes, if someone accidentally takes your order the staff really don’t care unless you approach the register. Usually people are trained to ensure the customers are happy and are engaged with them to make sure they get what they ordered. In this location you are basically invisible as a customer. Given the other many customer complaints about service, Panera doesn’t seem to think much of their store experiences either.

I love Panera Bread however this location was below the standard. I ordered a salad and a pastry to go. When I arrived home I was very disappointed because the salad that I got did not come with the dressings advertised which was one ranch and the other the goddess dressing. I was looking forward to the goddess dressing and instead I got two ranch dressings. The salad was supposed to be accompanied with a bagel but I got chops which is not what I requested. Finally when I saw the pastry the size was super tiny. I had ordered one cherry pastry that I saw in the bakery side which looked like a good size but instead I ended up with a quarter the size and 4X the price. I am very disappointed with my order, I will not be coming back to this location again!

That restaurant has bad service. The food they prepare is awful. They should replace their staff and treat customers and delivery people badly. The food is cold.
