Have spent thousands over the years at Papa Johns as I buy lunch for our team every Saturday, not always Pizza... but we order from this store alot. Placed a order for over $300 dollars, called the store as I usually do to ensure it could be done and was told yes. Went to pick up the order at 12:15 and was told 2 ovens were broke and our order wouldnt be ready. No phone call, no text message or anything to let me know. A simple call for a order that large would have given me time to make other arrangements for my 40 employees.GM did call me and apologize and offered a store credit for 4 Pizzas.... but the phone call was too late

Pizza said it would be here between 7:45-7:55. Pizza was on the way supposedly and over an hour late with no call. I called and continued to be placed on hold. I was told that the driver would bee Ed here in 20-30 minutes. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

Horrible & unprofessional. Do not order here at all, ordered and followed up after a hour of then being behind on my food, they say he’s almost here. 40 mins later they remove the route of the map for me to track & still no food. I call, they are clearly playing hot potato with the phone & I told them forget it REFUND ME immediately. Not even a sorry or nothing ? what a joke can’t wait until they go out of business.
