The food is good for the area. This place doesn't have a sit down option. However I understand there's a ton of loitering in this area sometimes.

Let me start by saying I was sick and just needed some soup , I found this place on google and decided to try it . I ordered a large wonton soup and because it was for delivery I had to order something else, so I got beef and broccoli on the lunch special with two shrimp egg rolls. The food came fairly quickly which was a good thing. But this has to be the nastiest Chinese I’ve have ever received. The beef tasted like jelly, it was very slimy. I have never tasted meat that tasted like that so I was very thrown off. The soup tasted like they heated up hot water and dropped the wontons in there and gave it to me. My egg rolls were actually Spring rolls (not what) I ordered and even then they did not taste right. I added so much soy sauce, even seasoning out of my cabinet to try to fix this food and nothing could be done. This was by far the nastiest Chinese food In Woodbridge. I was so thrown off by what I receive. I called them back and told them, the lady got an attitude with me, but she did offer to replace it but at that point, I knew they were just wanna spit in my food or something. I didnt want anything else from them. I still can’t believe what they tried to serve me.

I recently moved back to the Woodbridge area and have not been able to find Chinese food that I really like. (I have tried three places so far and DID NOT LIKE THEM. I will not mention names.)Many years ago I would eat at Peking Express every week when they first opened (until I moved away). This is the first time in almost 30 years that I have eaten here again! I was very afraid to try my fourth Chinese restaurant - I thought maybe someone bought the establishment after all of these years and it would not be as good. Well, maybe they have, but the food brings back memories.I was so pleasantly surprised! I ordered delivery tonight. Not only did they deliver earlier than scheduled, but my food was HOT! (This is important.) in addition, the food was awesome. Great flavor and not greasy!Initially, I was very irritated because I ordered the pork egg foo young and I did not get the gravy! ? However, I thought about it and would rather they forgot it than to have poured it directly all over the food. I LIKE IT ON THE SIDE. So, it’s probably not fair that I have only given them four stars (I believe they deserved five… but they forgot my gravy!).I am sure the next time I will be able to give five stars. Lol - I will have to pick it up and check my order.

I ordered a plate of combination fried rice and substitute the shrimp for meat but when I got the order idk what imitation chicken it was bc it was undercooked and super chewy and the meat all the pieces were also undercooked and full of fat not good it kind of look like someone chew them up and mixed it w the rice if your thinking of ordering from here trust me you'll be better off getting a pizza ?

This place has never been great. Just filled the void. Today's order of Kung pow chicken had no chicken... At all. Just fried peices of batter.
