The prices are sky high. I do believe they changed the recipe on their crispy fried egg rolls. They do not taste the same. I paid almost 70.00 for vegetable pho soup and 3 orders of the egg rolls.
I get pho to cure sickness and a hangover! This is a great place to eat out or take it home with you. Fresh ingredients and amazing taste. I don't know much about authentic Pho, so I can not comment if it is authentic or not.
We lived in Woodbridge, Va for 27 years. I don’t remember how we discovered this gem but it is a gem. Their ingredients are extremely fresh but their broth is incredible. Their secret is they use ox tails to make their broth. Others use dehydrated ox tail or cubes or whatever but fresh ox tail is expensive. Pho Saigon is the real thing.
