Best experience from kind, knowledgeable, patient owners. I am a novice and they made sure I was taking care of while I was purchasing my boat. Great marina atmosphere and great/fun slip tenants.

Very helpful staff
I would never buy from this place ! The boat I purchased had a crack in the hull causing a leak !! And the trailer had a bent axle causing the tire to wear very badly in only 850 miles !

Easy to work with this marina. we can properly and safely work together and get jobs done on time. Customer satisfaction I’d think is 5 stars in my books.

We purchased a boat from Pilot House Marina. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Justin and Nick really know their stuff. The ladies at the desk always answered our questions to the best of their knowledge as well. Good to know that there are people in this world that treat their customers 150% even after all the paperwork is done. We believe we got a great boat at a great price. Great people, dependable and honest. We’re not typically the type of people to leave reviews but these guys really deserve it. Also, it is worth mentioning that they knew we wouldn’t be staying at their marina due to the distance from our house and are not affiliated in any way. Southern hospitality is alive and kicking at the Pilot House Marina. Thanks a lot guys!
