I placed my order online and was provided with an estimated delivery time of about 40 mins. My order was delivered 45 mins AFTER the estimated delivery. Upon opening my order I realized that part of it was wrong. I called to ask for a credit versus them delivering the correct item because I didn’t want to wait another hour and a half for my food. They told me that they are unable to provide a partial credit and proceeded to put me a hold. They left me on hold for over 5 mins before I decided to hung up. I would not recommend this pizza location as they lack professionalism.

Do not….I repeat do not order from Oldbridge location in Woodbridge VA. I’m out of town and ordered Pizza bolis and I selected the wrong store location and instead of refunding me my money, I was told since the food was ready, I couldn’t get a refund for my purchase entirely and that they need to charge a service charge of $10. That’s terrible. They will never get my business EVER again. I advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Ridiculous!!!
