I had an issue with my order. I called and the manager handled it professionally. Reason of the 4 stars review is the inconvenience caused. I will keep ordering food from this place and I hope Pizza Boli’s will improve its food quality.

Do not….I repeat do not order from Oldbridge location in Woodbridge VA. I’m out of town and ordered Pizza bolis and I selected the wrong store location and instead of refunding me my money, I was told since the food was ready, I couldn’t get a refund for my purchase entirely and that they need to charge a service charge of $10. That’s terrible. They will never get my business EVER again. I advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Ridiculous!!!

One of the employees tried to steal a package off my porch while going door to door with flyers. Disturbing and disgusting to employ such blatant criminals.
I called and ordered two pizzas with viggie toppings for pick up. Was told total would be $53 and some change. No two pizzas cost that much.

if you are preparing our food you can’t touch your nose, hair and your body parts ?. I took the food and threw that to trash. only one employee was handling the whole store; he was answering calls taking customers and was cooking too. It took more than 45 minutes.
