I placed an order online Saturday morning. I called the same day and the guy did try to help but couldn’t find my order. I called Sunday and nobody wanted to answer the phone because they were “too busy.” Guys need training on multitasking. Still haven’t got my order fix. Don’t order from here.

Ordered online: they had no idea what was going on. My order was not ready on time. She told me to check it myself and make sure it was correct. I saw a variety of delivery drivers, they were rude to them, confusing them, and yelling amongst each other in Spanish. She was rude to a driver told him go right now and put this pizza away so it doesn’t get cold. He has two orders, and had to wait for another because it wasn’t ready. When it was their fault it wasn’t. I would say maybe go to another Pizza Hut or try the other pizza places around. A place they treat their customers and delivery drivers better.

Shift manager "Ibrahim" was terrible the other day. I ordered delivery and it had been almost 2 hours and I still didn't get my order.I called the store and told her that I want to speak to the shift manager and I spoke with "Ibrahim" and he didn't even said hi or anything and started of with his attitude and said what do you want to speak to me about and I told him I haven't received my delivery still and it's been almost 2 hours now and he said can you please wait! Before I could even tell him to cancel the order he hung up on me! And after half an hour my pizza and wings arrived.The pizza was so cold and wasn't cooked well done like I put on the directions,it was barely even cooked fully to be honest and they barely put any sauce on my wings which is fine I guess,but the sauce was incorrect as well.They really need to change their staff otherwise they will keep losing business and receive bad rating! All the best !

Was dashing for orders and they had the door locks and I was waiting outside when the lobby said it was supposed to be open. When I got in, the worker kept arguing with me saying I needed to pay. This was a pre-purchased order, and not even my own, yet he kept giving me attitude.

It was so bad they forgot my food in a delivery order and when I called they ether hung up on said I had to pick it up from store . Worst customer service ever .There was no refund either.
Called for a delivery order of $100+. Then I get a message it was cancelled. Called them up lady says she’ll get the manager, he gets on the phone doesn’t say nothing and leaves me on the phone line….shouldnt of took my order from the beginning if you couldn’t deliver it.

I had a problem with my order and was calling back to use my credit and the male night manager was very kind about it and very good customer service!!! He treated me with absolute kindness even though the order was free. And even acknowledge that we had an issue with the order before and that he was willing to make it right!!!
