Front counter is ALWAYS understaffed with one person who is extremely busy multitasking. Disgusting labor model. They gladly take the profits but they won't adequately hire and train people. I waited too long and my food was cold. Also, your restaurant is NOT clean.

This pizza is absolutely awful. It truly gives Pizza Hut a bad name, as every other Pizza Hut I’ve had in the past year tastes pretty great. The one on Hoadly Road is pretty good, but this one doesn’t even taste like Pizza Hut…it tastes like the workers went to a grocery store, bought some pizza off the shelf, and barely cooked it! I’m telling you, this pizza tasted like absolute cardboard…flavorless, chewy, cold…it was terrible. I’d give this pizza a 0/5 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Update: I contacted Pizza Hut as they asked and they’ve done nothing. Please do not waste your money here.

Managers here will handle you if you have a complaint. They'll give you lies so their area manager will get off their back, and then not make good on anything they say. Been ordering from Pizza Hut for 30 years, and even used to work for them. Avoid this location, folks!

An item was missing from my order delivered half an hour past expected delivery time. That was no big deal, businesses get slow, people make mistakes. Then they sent me in a 30 minute circle calling the store number getting transferred to corporate back to the store and never reaching a single individual.
