This place is the worst. You canât even make a complaint through the app. I have elderly parents that tested positive for covid this morning. I ordered contactless delivery. I had my headphones in my ear waiting for the notification that my order has been delivered. The Harvard grad that delivered my food kept ringing the doorbell to the point he woke both of my parents up in the middle of the night. If by any chance you respond with a âweâd love to hear more about thisââŠIâve said enough. Refund my money.

Not enough of lots of stuff. Sauce to crust ratio, toppings and flavor for a start. Salt ratio is off. I'd get checked for COVID if all pizza was this off... but it isn't.

No offense but that skinny short guy wearing hat was very wired, showing some attitude. He doesnât seem like happy to see customers. He doesnât know how to talk and very rude. I donât know Is he sick or something else? He looks kind of agitated. This store has customer service problem for sure. I didnât made any order. I think management over here doesnât see or do anything about their employees.
So apparently the manager Jason is aware that ordering online through the website has the potential to double charge you and not even put the order through but they have "no control over the website or anything to do with the website." His only solution is to wait for the money to be put back by the bank and if they don't, call back. Super glad my account was overdrafted by $30 and will have to pay the fee for their trash website they can't apparently control.Buyers beware I guess. If they won't contact anyone to fix their website, you're just out of luck I guess.
Dont order from here if you want your food delivered. Order an hour and half ago no pizza showed up. Zero contact from delivery driver. Said they rang and knocked on our door. Zero chance that happened since I was on the couch the entire time which is 10 feet away from my door. They said they could send the driver back. Cuz yes I want to pay 50 dollars for 2 hour old pizza and pay a tip. NO WAY horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if i could. Give your money to other business. Offered zero resolution to any of my complaints.

I call for pickup half veggies and other half chicken pizza but I don't know who pickup the phone he is angry with me and he told me to order online and hangout the phone and I call again but he cut the phone again. Never order pizza from this place ?
