I recently got a chance to visit Potomac Mills Mall and stopped for some food at this location. The veggie ramen soup was excellent and the food prep area is clean. There's a young lady named Janiah who was working hard, fast and very courteous. Consider her for a promotion. Five stars!

The Tonkotsu will not be what you expect if you are knowledgeable about the food. This place is a fast food restaurant after all and you will get what you came looking for. The tonkotsu ended up being a regular Maruchan ramen with added salt, but you will be pleased if that is your taste preference.

During my most recent and final visit, I witnessed egregious levels of cross contamination, apathy, and indifference from what appeared to be the manager and a newer employee. This presents a greater risk for foodborne illness and I would not risk eating at this establishment again.

The marinated salmon was my favorite !I had white rice , cucumber , kimchi , ginger , spicy mayo & sesame aioli with sesame seeds on top !Rice was a little old , not fresh but not bad . I also asked for soy sauce , which was given however I personally didn’t like the brand used .Still pretty good if you’re craving POKE .
