We don’t come here too often because of the waits and service. Every time we have come, our food is never ready (I order online). You need to make sure your order is correct before leaving. If you order empanadas, expect a wait. I feel like they are confused and always all over the place.

I've come here on three separate occasions, drive thru each time. Each time I have been pulled to front, where you can see in the store, my bag I sat down and I've waited for my order to brought out. Tonight my order was brought to window and I was pulled( I'm thinking okay maybe that's not my order, but oh was I wrong. He pick the bag up and brought it to my car and proceeded to tell me he came out here but I was NOT here. It's has been something each time I come here. Also my flan lid container came undone in the bag.

honestly the food is bomb, but i’ve been here 3 times this month, first time there was no ice for drinks, he asked if my soda warm was okay. 2nd time they said they have no CHICKEN! how are yall pollo campero w no chicken! he said if i wanted just the thighs i’d have to wait an hour. 3rd time they said they only have Large drinks, no small or medium. who runs this joint like OMG ?!

I ordered half grilled/half fried chicken, and when I got home, I checked my order and got all fried! I immediately called the store, and the customer service lady apologized for the mistake, and set me up to get my grilled chicken at a day and time that I could go back to the store! On the day I went to pick up my chicken, I gave them my name, and my chicken was ready at the time I said I would be there!! This was a great version of customer service! I will be recommending this Pollo Campero to my friends, and they have a continuous customer?
