I ordered the 8 piece family meal,half grilled, half fried the food was fresh and hot, service was good,my only thing is going to the restaurant twice after my first visit they were out of grilled chicken how does this happen? And the wait time is un heard of like half an hour long?! No way this is one of the staple menu items, they should always have chicken on rotation! Either their is a wait or they have ran out completely!

This was a first time eating at Pollo Campero. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We will be back soon to try the chicken sandwich meal. The Mac n Cheese is so good. We used the coupons we received in the mail. Thank you.

I ordered half grilled/half fried chicken, and when I got home, I checked my order and got all fried!
I immediately called the store, and the customer service lady apologized for the mistake, and set me up to get my grilled chicken at a day and time that I could go back to the store!
On the day I went to pick up my chicken, I gave them my name, and my chicken was ready at the time I said I would be there!!
This was a great version of customer service!...
