Has anyone else noticed the lack of leadership at this place? You would think they would figure this out. Food is fine, but if you run out of chicken an hour after opening, you have to question the management of this store. Also, their canned answer for "how long will the wait be" is always "10 minutes". Don't believe that. Add 10-15 minutes to their estimates. It is not the wait that bugs me, it is the blatant lying. Just tell the truth and the customers will be more positive. Really it comes down to a failure in leadership. Crew is friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. One of the employees didn’t change his gloves after handling money, and when I brought it to her attention, she acted like she didn’t care. She refused to give us her name and even cursed at us in Spanish. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. I hope the company addresses this issue to improve customer service at this location. Had her recorded on camera and didn’t seem to care .

It’s a Popeyes in a mall, but still the worst service and food I have had in a long time.

I go the new Garlic Parm wings and when I got them I expected there to be a bit more sauce as shown in the add. Lil disappointed

It's lunch time, no preparation, wait 10 minutes. Drinks are limited, no cola, you can drink fruit juice. Fortunately, we were able to explain it to the employees and they had no problem.

Made a mobile order. Had to get in line and let them know that i made an order online as they didnt even notice. They ran out of hot wings and the younger lady offered to substitute 2 whole wings for my 6 hot wings. So essentially i get 4 to replace my six that they "ran out of" with a little unapologetic attitude. Then they short me a chicken sandwich on the same order. We need businesses like this out of Potomac Mills mall. This is the most poorly run fast food chain store I've ever visited.

Definitely come here if you want your fries and biscuits missing from your bag! I had to go back to the counter and let them know the issues; instead of fixing it and apologizing, they acted like I was lying and with attitude. When I asked the lady why she has whole attitude, she said “you are the one with attitude”. Just wow, will never come here again!

First of all, the menu is wrong. They don't offer any platters at all. Also if you get a combo with a sandwich it doesn't come with a buscuit despite the fact that the menu says so. When i mentioned this to the staff they just said it was wrong, didnt offer anything for the misinformation. They took forever to make the food. Just not a great experience.
