Made a mobile order. Had to get in line and let them know that i made an order online as they didnt even notice. They ran out of hot wings and the younger lady offered to substitute 2 whole wings for my 6 hot wings. So essentially i get 4 to replace my six that they "ran out of" with a little unapologetic attitude. Then they short me a chicken sandwich on the same order. We need businesses like this out of Potomac Mills mall. This is the most poorly run fast food chain store I've ever visited.

Definitely come here if you want your fries and biscuits missing from your bag! I had to go back to the counter and let them know the issues; instead of fixing it and apologizing, they acted like I was lying and with attitude. When I asked the lady why she has whole attitude, she said “you are the one with attitude”. Just wow, will never come here again!

First of all, the menu is wrong. They don't offer any platters at all. Also if you get a combo with a sandwich it doesn't come with a buscuit despite the fact that the menu says so. When i mentioned this to the staff they just said it was wrong, didnt offer anything for the misinformation. They took forever to make the food. Just not a great experience.

Servers gave our order to one of the mall employees. Waited for our food for about 20 minutes and they didn't see our order. Had to remind them and they ended up giving us our food. Unfortunately, not all the food that was given was what we ordered. They forgot our water bottle and our sauces. Even then, it took them a couple minutes just to get those items. On the bright side, Popeyes is still Popeyes and the food is good.Unfortunately the team there doesn't meet Popeyes standards.

I love Popeyes but I don’t understand why the cashier is forcing me to eat chicken I don’t want , the combos dont say specifically what you can get , so if I want dark all drums for aH 5 pc I should be able to get it , I guess business was slow so they wanted to get rid of the chicken that was on the rack smh

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge is a great place to go for delicious chicken and biscuits. I really like the location and how quickly you get everything you need. Good experience every time I have been here.

This place is a dump. Workforce is totally not engaged. I've come here the last three Friday's and the wait has been 45, 55, and 35 minutes respectively. The last order was mobile.
