Gross frozen boxed items, they say it's fresh but they're freezer burnt and it's tiny, especially for the price!

If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would!!!!
This was absolutely unbelievable. I ordered what I thought was their product but I received something that look like I couldâve made it in my own kitchen. I am attaching both pictures because one is what I thought I was ordering and the second is what I received. Iâm very disappointed that I paid $8.99 for something that Is worth much less. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!
I rated this âDessert Shackâ a 2 instead of a 1 because the cake was actually delicious! This issue is with the false advertising. The photos I saw in Grubhub are in no way even close to the serving size you will receive. And this is not a bakery. The slices delivered were frozen solid. The sweet potato pie was not but the rest were frozen slices of layer cake. But once they thawed, they were great. If you understand what youâll receive when you order, youâll be happy with it. Just expect a much smaller slice than advertised and youâll need about 30 minutes for the cake to thaw. Also it is SUPER overpriced. I didnât mind spending $10 a piece for what was advertised. But what I received was really unfair for the price.

FRAUD! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Shame on this establishment that calls themselves a business. My experience with them was nothing but distasteful and upsetting. And the worst part is, law enforcement is unable to do anything about it either.
On Monday, June 3, 2024, I searched for a dessert shop to place an order for a rainbow birthday cake. During my search, I found a business named "The Dessert Shack" on the DoorDash App. A quick Google search indicated that the shop was also known as "Prime Dessert Shop," showcasing professionally shot pictures of various desserts and a detailed description of their offerings.
I called the shop to place an order for a rainbow birthday cake as depicted on their website. The representative assured me that the cake would be ready for pick up on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. I called the next day to confirm that my order would be ready on time, and I was told it would be.
On June 5, 2024, when I arrived at the given address to pick up my order, I was surprised to find a business named "Prime Pizza and Grill," which appeared to be a small pizza shop. Despite my reservations, I went inside and asked for my cake order. The employee present looked at me and laughed, then presented me with a "cake" that consisted of several slices put together with plain white frosting on top, which looked store-bought and nothing like what was advertised.
I expressed my dissatisfaction and showed the employee the picture from their online listing. He became aggressive, stating they are not a bakery and do not provide decorated desserts or cakes, only plain slices. He mentioned that any decoration or additional features had to be done by the customer. When I questioned why this information was not disclosed during my initial call on Monday, he continued to be aggressive and claimed he did not know who I spoke with, asserting that he would have advised me to go elsewhere.
I accused them of false advertising, given the discrepancy between their online presence and the actual business. The employee refused to provide the name of the person I spoke with on Monday or any contact information for the manager. Instead, he yelled at me, insulted, disrespected, and harassed me, eventually telling me to leave the store.
I called the police to report the incident, and the officers informed me that this was not the first complaint against this store owner. They have received several complaints, but indicated that there was nothing they could do.
I believe this business is engaging in false advertising and deceptive practices, which is a violation of consumer protection laws. They are misleading customers with false representations and then providing substandard products while subjecting customers to verbal abuse and harassment.

Mr. Sams resteraunt is the best! there are so many food options from pizza, wings, subs, butter chicken gyros, ect. Everything that my family has tried is amazing. we found the resteraunt about 2 years ago, every since this is the only place we get food from when we order out. Mr. Sam's resteraunt prime pizza and grill has become a house hold name for us and brings us together whether over a delicious meal or phone calls to tell what we tried today. Everytime we order and taste something great and new we will make sure we share the experience with everyone. Thanks again Mr. Sam! My mom of course loved the pizza she picked up and the specialty.
