I’m really not sure what was worse. The duct dripping all over the tables or the poop cleaner pot next to the food storage they keep in the bathroom.

While waiting for my food, i saw the cook drop the plastic container top in the trash bin. He hesitates, then takes it out of the trash can and covers my food. Without hesitation, gives my food to the staff-member to put in a bag to give to me. I stopped staff member and told them. I just saw this man put a top out of the trashcan, etc. I ask for a manager and the staff member tells me they don't have one! I demanded that they give me my money back and got out before Iost my mind! NEVER AGAIN!

Awful. They must have changed the sauce or something. Definitely not Japanese Hibachi. Sakura at the food court is much better. Needless to say...I won't be back to Quickway.

Can’t speak on anything other than taste. We got the chicken and beef. 🥩 1/10. No taste. Even the yummy sauce was bland. Dumplings 🥟 were mid as well. Door dashed, but regardless, even the sauce couldn’t save it. 🤷 won’t be back. Sorry guys.

My teenagers favorite food🥰 and now... mine too😅. Clean environment, nice customer service, food ready quickly, affordable prices.

This is the BEST & most delicious QUICKWAY in Virginia!!! The portion is also bigger than the other Quickway location and staffs are more friendly!!! Pls come & try them!!

Place looks dirty and old. The food takes forever. The food is expensive. And THEY SKIMP YOUR FOOD. Apparently the beef and chicken bento actually means more chicken and a little bit of beef. And they do not care about your complaints. Save your money. Eat somewhere else

While the staff helped us quickly and they had everything coming out quickly, the food is greasy and tastes like the grill hasn't been cleaned in forever. Our mixed veggies were all cabbage with 2 carrot slices.
The restaurant needs a good deep cleaning.
No need to visit again

Love the food staff is cool. One major complaint they never stay open to advertised time. If hours say they close at 10 store is locked by 9:45. It’s pretty ridiculous. If they don’t wanna stay until the time advertised why not change store hours?

It isn’t a 5 star Michelin star restaurant, but it gives what it got and it does it by a full quality. At the end of the day, the food is quick (as in its name), and the options is pretty good!

Not very good. You’re better off going to Sarku in Potomac Mills, it wayyyyy better. The food looked uncooked and had very little taste. My order was pretty slow. I most likely will never return unless I lose my taste buds. ;)

What kind of scam y’all running? Charging large plate prices for kid size meals. The plates have drastically been down sized. The salmon was thinner than deli meat! If I didn’t have medication to take, I definitely would have demanded a refund!!!! ? Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Panda Express. You have more options and the quantity of food for the money you spend!
