It sucked this place has gone way down hill cold fries cold burger and a cold restaurant

Went 2x and both were not good! The service is horrible! Waited for 5 minutes for a host to show and then have an attitude with it! Waited 10 minutes for a server and could care less to offer complimentary refills on the sides. Never checked back. Don't waste your time and money at this location!! The fair lakes is amazing!!

This location was rock'n it! Very busy, but not in a bad way! Our server was amazing, kind and helpful! Food came out quickly and delicious! Girls Restroom was very clean, but my nephew said the boys restroom was dirty and stunk lol easy and plenty of parking, and handicap enabled

Xavier was an amazing waiter.

It was busy but we only had a 5 minute wait. Our server had a lot of tables but he managed to keep up with orders. Which came fast and fresh.

The server did a really nice job. Very helpful, there ready to serve without being there in your face. The food was not prepared well at all. Presentation is real and black/darkening avocado is insane to put on someone's plate. I'd prefer you just say your out of avocado.

Got lunch here a few weeks ago. Food was so bad, the waitress asked for more food and even that wasn't really edible. Staff was really nice, but I have no intention of eating at this particular RR again.

Wait 20 minutes to sit in empty restaurant. Waitress was friendly, but food was extremely slow. Burger was burnt.... when we sent back, it took 30 minutes to get new one. Very bad experience despite waitress best effort.

This was my third time attempting to dine here, and unfortunately it will be my last. The first two times, I left without eating due to the extremely long wait times. This time, I decided to give it one more chance and waited over 30 minutes—which is unacceptable, especially on a Sunday between 3–4 PM, when restaurants should be prepared for weekend traffic.

For two people, we waited about 40 minutes just to be seated, despite the restaurant being fairly empty. After being seated, service was still slow and inattentive. While I understand that being understaffed happens, that is not the customer’s responsibility—management needs to step up and properly staff and organize the floor.

The bathrooms were disgusting. You could smell urine from the waiting area, which is completely unacceptable and made the entire place feel run-down. Throughout our time there, we saw multiple tables speaking to the manager and having their tabs reduced, which says a lot about the overall experience.

The food came out relatively quickly, but it was not worth the wait. I ordered a burger with fries—the fries were soggy, and the burger lacked flavor. Nothing stood out as enjoyable.

What was most concerning was an unsanitary and unacceptable incident my mother witnessed. She watched the waiter, who was also acting as the bartender, put their bare hands directly into a drink to grab fruit from the bottom of the cup—no gloves, no spoon, no utensils of any kind. We then watched the customer drink the drink that the waiter had her hands inside of. This is extremely unsanitary and gross, and it raises serious concerns about food and drink safety.

On top of that, the staff behavior was unprofessional. Servers were doubling as bartenders, which clearly hurt service quality and attention. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed.

This restaurant has potential, but until management addresses staffing, cleanliness, sanitation, and wait times, I cannot recommend it.

Kitchen help were soo loud you couldn't hardly hear each other talk at table. Server never asked if we wanted refills.

Quite place no busy, but also not kind or friendly service.
Taste just ok.
I have wonderful experience with other Red Robin never come back again this restaurant.
