Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin has the most down to earth staff. I asked for their fry seasoning for my boyfriends birthday and without question the manager stopped what she was doing (decorating for Mother's Day) and wrapped it in the cutest bag with little things for our son to play with as well. I didn't even tell her it was for his birthday or what it meant but she did it anyways. Just like the servers do whenever we dine in. STOP SLEEPING ON RED ROBIN WOODBRIDGE

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for dinner. Our waitress was Alexis and she was super attentive. The food arrived quickly and to our liking. You can never go wrong with the bacon Whiskey Burger

We've had some unfortunate experiences with service at restaurants in the area which is why we're so happy to have run into Xavier at this Red Robin. We had excellent service and our food was perfect and delicious. We've already returned more than once

Service is always good at this location, and the place is generally pretty clean. Rated 5 stars as this location is ridiculously consistent with food quality and flavor, wait times, and always fun and pleasant staff.

Worst customer service ever. I loved this location, we used to come here with a large group once a month and would visit this location several times in between. My husband and I met here, got engaged here and loved taking our familyu here. However, apparently that has all changed. Last time we were here we waited 30 minutes and weren't even greeted or asked for drink orders. I messaged the company and they requested my information and no one has reached out. I did have a similar situation regarding long wait and terrible service and the manager at the time reached out with promises of a gift card that never arrived. similar issue with zero follow through. Thanks a lot!

Great Monday deal. I had a four dollar strawberry milkshake that was to die for. My fiancé got an extra pattie on his burger for an extra two dollars. Also, a great deal. We also had the onion rings which were delicious and I had a salad that was huge and had a large amount of toppings on it. 20% of our bill went to the Teresa Rosslyn French foundation and we were excited to support that effort. Overall, a great experience.

Mike was a great and attentive server. I loved the photo prop in the front and kid activities.

Very nice dinner on a Friday night everyone was very sweet Luz was our server very attentive no matter how busy she was and the hostess I believe her name was Rose she was kind to my daughter!

Our server Alexis was very sweet! Food came out hot and fresh and our shakes were awesome!

Xavier is awesome! Hands down, best server this side of the hemisphere! I wish he give a class on service!
