I had a delightful time at Ruby Tuesday. It was my first time ever and yes, delightful. The food hit the spot, the vibes were relaxed, and everything came out just right. But the real MVP of the evening was our server, David.
David was friendly without hovering, funny without trying too hard, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something (I suspect magic). Drinks stayed full, food arrived hot, and he made the whole experience feel easy and fun like dining with a very professional, very efficient friend.
All in all, great food, great service, and a reminder that Ruby Tuesday can still absolutely deliver. If you go, ask for David you’ll leave fed, happy, and possibly wondering if he clones himself to cover all those tables. 😄

We eat here every Friday night and are always pleased with the food and service. Salad bar I always stocked and fresh. Kayla is usually out waitress and she is amazing! Very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this Ruby Tuesdays and Kayla!

This ruby susie's off of old bridge road was excellent.The young lady who served us was courteous thoughtful.Considerate and two steps ahead of us.I can't remember her name, but she had braids.And we sat up front by the window.If that helps. The food was excellent, and she even upsealed a salad bar after dinner by just being kind. I've been there before, and I'll come back

Literally the worst meal Ive had in years. There is zero positive I can speak of in regards to my experience here. My burger was burnt all the way through, bread rock hard, fries cold, bacon undercooked. I mean please explain how its possible to mess up a bacon cheese burger. Worst experience ever!!!! Then the service was just as bad. Probably should just close this dump.

I wanted to share my gratitude for server Jacqueline and the rest of the Saturday night team at Rudy Tuesdays Woodbridge. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service made for a beautiful experience for me, my 1.5 year-old daughter, and my mother. The burgers are top-notch and the beer is fresh and ice cold.
