This ruby susie's off of old bridge road was excellent.The young lady who served us was courteous thoughtful.Considerate and two steps ahead of us.I can't remember her name, but she had braids.And we sat up front by the window.If that helps. The food was excellent, and she even upsealed a salad bar after dinner by just being kind. I've been there before, and I'll come back

Literally the worst meal Ive had in years. There is zero positive I can speak of in regards to my experience here. My burger was burnt all the way through, bread rock hard, fries cold, bacon undercooked. I mean please explain how its possible to mess up a bacon cheese burger. Worst experience ever!!!! Then the service was just as bad. Probably should just close this dump.

The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service made for a beautiful experience for me, my 1.5 year-old daughter, and my mother. The burgers are top-notch and the beer is fresh and ice cold.
