I had chicken teriyaki on Black friday with my family, the food was so bad, they just want money and quality of the food really really bad. Not going back.

I ordered 2 shrimp tempura roll on uber eats but got 1 shrimp tempura roll. I called them many times but they are not answering my calls.

What a shame how this place has lost customers due to poor service and low quality. I have been a customer since 2019 and before I had to wait in line at the ice cream parlor because it was really worth it, today they see it and serve it as a gift I am asking of them, unfortunately I am forced to come because it is my 4 year old son's favorite food and at least once a week he put up with the bad service they give the wrong order to 1 and it is not 1 or 3 times that they do the same thing to me I always come for more than 2 years I ask for the same thing and they still give me the wrong thing, thank God, I'll walk away completely because my son almost broke a tooth because he got a piece of chicken harder than a rock and I even cried so hopefully and I don't know anymore I wanted more than shame for the place

Food had NO flavor. Not much vegetable on plate. Small portion of meat.

Refuse to give you a cup of water with your meal. Overcooked not good seems like left over just left out sitting.

When I showed up, the lady working at the counter very politely asked for my order. I told her that I wanted chicken teriyaki. She didn’t charge me for the sauce, which is usually a dollar. The meal was swiftly prepared and it turned out looking amazing. I only had to wait 30 seconds for very good food. The workers were well synchronized so they were able to prepare it fast. It was delicious.

The experience is bad, they don't give you any food and the plate is expensive, they give it to you almost alone, it's really ugly because you go to get your portion as it is.

Rice and veges are so so cold. Chicken is literally leftovers from the pan. Very very disappointed with the service, food, quantity and quality. I eat Saruku japan frequently. The veges did not have any broccoli which is their staple. And their hot sauce is simply water dumped with salt and red food coloring. The most upsetting experience ever!

Terrible experience ,food its pricey,very small portions, salty noodles, food was not that good,drink was like drinking syrup had attitude when asked to exchange it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the teriyaki chicken w/white rice and mixed vegetables. Bland and didn’t taste like teriyaki. I got the dumplings and had to pretty much beg to get the sauce with it. Customer service-0 Food-0
