Hi, is there any manager here who can contact regarding the issue of a service from Potomac mill location!!! It is very serious matter. One of your employee was nasty with us when we asked about vegetable pizza. He pointed us to the placard and says what is written here!!! What it says, cant you read. Do you need to go to school???? OMG what an awfully horrible man ! Due to religious beliefs we’re not allowed to eat certain foods so we had to make sure that it was not mixed with anything but vegetables. But this man was horrible. Time was at 12 afternoons and date was 24th September 2024. I would go to corporate if no one contacted me

Bad quality pizza and lazy employees it’s unfortunate the management isn’t concerned about their quality.
I placed an online order for pickup via the app. When I got to location the girl could not find my pizza, she handed me the Stromboli but said she couldn’t find the veggie pizza anywhere, she looked through multiple boxes. I showed her the app and she said ohhhh ok, here you go and handed me a box which was with the other pizzas she initially checked.
Now, I ordered a veggie pizza but instead was given a Spinach & Tomato pizza instead (which is also cheaper than the veggie pizza) so I let them know I was given the wrong item. The staff was rude, especially the lady (didn’t catch her name) but I spoke with Rafael, who was not helpful. His response was, “
it’s still a veggie pizza though, at this location this is how we make veggie pizzas. What you are describing is a Supreme pizza that comes with meat. If you want a custom pizza as you are describing it is best to order in person.”
I explained multiple times that the app shows something else, and again he said, “we do things differently here.”
When I asked for his manager, he said you can try to talk to him but he will say the same thing, and he won’t be back until tomorrow so maybe he’ll be nice and remake it but only if you come Monday (this was a Friday) I told him I could not come Monday as I would be out of town but could come next day, Saturday. Rafael said, he won’t help you, it’s a busy day and he will be too busy to attend to you, so come back Monday.
Needless to say the customer service here really sucks especially because this was their mistake not mine and now I know why the girl couldn’t even find the veggie pizza when we came to pickup our order because they KNOW that what they gave me wasn’t a veggie pizza and I wasn’t even offfered an apology!

We got two slices of pizza for 2 toddlers. When ordering we asked the older man that when he cuts the pizza, if he could cut them in tiny pieces so it’s easy for the two kids - that he also saw were with us to eat. Upon receiving the order and opening we saw he just cut them in adult slices. Again we politely asked if he could cut them in smaller pieces and he directed us to the plastic knives they had in the corner. At the end I had to use my hand to cut the pizza in kid friendly pieces. The racism and Islamophobia they showed was very evident.

Need full improvement in service and communication, older male worker behave like he is somewhere talking to his cousins over a bbq in his homeland , very disrespectful and hostile behavior wrapped my breadstick touching all over it with bare hands , poor hygiene of his hand with over fill under nail dirt ewwwe could do a lot better somebody health not to be joke with، disappointed ?

Poor customer service. The spaghetti noodles looked very dry and the oil pooled on top of the meatballs were very unappetizing.

Typical mall food from Sbarro - dry and was probably sitting there for hours on hours. I’ll admit, it tasted okay, but the male worker failed to give me my sauce, even after advising me “Okay.” when I asked that he give me sauce (marinara) for my Stromboli. Need better service and communication from staff. ?

If there was a half star, this would be my review. My reason is that my 10 year old son ate here and got two slices of pizza on Sunday, 4/30 at lunchtime and by 10:30 pm that night he was vomiting. I believe this is food poisoning from Sbarro. I would recommend that they check their food preparations area. Staff was friendly and it did seem clean when I ordered his meal. I ate at another location. I don't recommend this place.
This location is very rude. The older man that works here went off on me when I picked up my large pizza. I ordered through GOOGLE and paid ahead online. He was furious that I didn't get behind all the customer's waiting to place they're orders. I tried to explain to him that it would defeat the whole purpose of me already ordering ahead 30 minutes ago. He got angrier and angrier and refused to discuss anymore. I couldn't believe it. He told me that he knows this is America but I still need to get in line. No idea what that means. This man doesn't understand the concept of online ordering at all.
Pizza was luke warm because of them trying to push orders through the line faster, by the time you get your food and sit down this is the result. No more pizza from them.
