Our family went there couple of times in past few months to eat their buffet and always felt great by having their fresh food with different varieties and owner nadeem sir came to our table to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything so definitely a place so to go and check out. We loved their biryani over the weekend and kabobs.

They took an hour to get a single platter out and they couldn’t even tell me why it was taking so long. A time before that I found a cockroach in my chickpeas. I would not recommend and definitely rethink before you buy from here. A waste of time and money.

If i could give -200 stars, I would. They made me wait 1 whole hour for one box of food…mind you, they also gave the wrong order on purpose. I called and asked for a certain dish which they said was unavailable so i asked for another. “Not possible” is the answer I got and only would give me mixed grill which is 28.99 for one box of mediocre food. Called for the manager and he did NOTHING to help. Just argued even more and refused to do anything.

Worst customer service and no consideration for getting orders out to the customers timely. No matter how much runway you give them on an order and call ahead, they’ll always wait untill they see your face in person to start preparing. If its really about mistrust and the risk of not getting paid, then suggest taking the payment in advance, over the phone.

The food was extremely oily, which made the meal less enjoyable. The restrooms were not clean, which was disappointing. The tables were okay but could definitely use more attention to cleanliness. Overall, I think the place needs improvement in both food quality and hygiene.

I had breakfast this morning, I asked 2 buffets and 2 Halwa Pori’s, the Buffets were Good, but Halwa Pori’s were disastrous, Especially as the Pori’s were like roti’s were fried in oil! Never ask for Halwa Pori’s, I made a complaint to cashier, she didn’t even reimburse my money!!! Why would I pay something which is not good my question to the owner?

I want to say the iftar buffet this year was way better than previous years very delicious! More options. Chai was missing though. Rashid a server was VERY kind. It was so packed and busy but yet he still helped accommodate us. Give him a raise! Big shout out to him he def stood out!

Shahi kabab is the best restaurant In the town offering variety of foods in such economical prices.The items in the buffet was so 😋,with the option of unlimited refill.The owner is a very gentle person. I have seen bad reviews of their page which seems to be fake most probably because i am their regular customer and my whole family ,we never ever had bad experience.

Came here yesterday for iftari, the lady that sat us down at the booth gave my father (70 years old) a chair that was broken. As soon as he sat down he fell backwards. No one from the staff or management came to help or ask if he’s ok.

You need to update your furniture in the Resturant.

You’re luck we are not money hungry and didn’t sue you.
