The person delivering the food asked for a higher tip. Giving a tip should be a customer's prerogative. Was a regular customer & always did pick up but asked for delivery for the first time. They have lost a loyal customer.

I can proudly say ive ordered this place enough(plentyotime) to say the food is warm cooked appropriately. highly recommend the kung-pao right in your face but u may want to avoid the hot and sour soup. egg rolls are hit or miss.

I ordered for the first time via Uber Eats the chicken wings and egg roll were rotten. By the smell only you knew it was unhealthy. Avoid this restaurant

Ordered at 6:20pm through Uber Eats. Food didn’t arrive until 8pm. I called and they recommended that I call to find out what the wait time is before placing the order. That’s not the way that works. In the end, I ended up finding 2 pieces of bone in the chicken. Last time I’ll ever order from them.

So disappointed. I have been going to and ordering from Shanghai for 12 years with no problems and excellent service. However tonight was a horrible mess and in the end we did not receive any food. I realize they were busy but after 2 hours and 4 phone calls still no food. I had to cancel the order. So here I sit eating cereal thanks for nothing....

I really enjoy ordering delivery from here especially because I can do it online. I've done it twice now and I have loved my food both times. Takes about 45 mins and I live pretty close. I usually get Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Chow Mein, and Szechuan Style Green Beans, and all are tasty!

The times I've had their food was really good. I don't know what their problem was tonight. I ordered orange chicken and there had been a small platter. They were disgusting. The orange chicken was a darker color than it should have been and I don't know what sauce they used, but it wasn't their normal sauce.
