The person delivering the food asked for a higher tip. Giving a tip should be a customer's prerogative. Was a regular customer & always did pick up but asked for delivery for the first time. They have lost a loyal customer.

I can proudly say ive ordered this place enough(plentyotime) to say the food is warm cooked appropriately. highly recommend the kung-pao right in your face but u may want to avoid the hot and sour soup. egg rolls are hit or miss.

I ordered for the first time via Uber Eats the chicken wings and egg roll were rotten. By the smell only you knew it was unhealthy. Avoid this restaurant

Ordered at 6:20pm through Uber Eats. Food didn’t arrive until 8pm. I called and they recommended that I call to find out what the wait time is before placing the order. That’s not the way that works. In the end, I ended up finding 2 pieces of bone in the chicken. Last time I’ll ever order from them.

The family has loved this restaurant for many years, through different owners and business names ("House of Fantasy" Not even kidding!). The quality is tops and the menu selections are standard and also creative. We have never had any issue with the food or the staff. Very friendly and helpful people.

So disappointed. I have been going to and ordering from Shanghai for 12 years with no problems and excellent service. However tonight was a horrible mess and in the end we did not receive any food. I realize they were busy but after 2 hours and 4 phone calls still no food. I had to cancel the order. So here I sit eating cereal thanks for nothing....

This place hits the perfect flavors every time. Our neighborhood deserve a grate Chinese place. Prices are good staff is nice and there is little wait time. This is our go to place for our house.

I've tried them twice and both times have been great! Food delivery is amazing - hot and fresh - like they just walked out of th kitchen and put it on the table. Take-out was also a great experience, again I go the food home and it was still hot and ready to eat.
