Great food and service
Love this Thai place went here couple of months ago love the red chicken curry .
First time eating at Siam Bistro. Definitely won't be my last! This is a quaint little restaurant, specializing in Thai dishes, with a bistro feel. A hidden gem on the lower level of Merchant Plaza. I had the Drunken Noodles with Chicken, medium spice level (which was similar to a 3-4 in other restaurants.) Very tasty, seasoned well and filling. Also had some steamed dumplings for appetizer. They were petite dumplings that you can eat in one bite. A good experience, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere.
Their service is amazing and food is really authentic. One of the best in NOVA.
Can't even hold you i been going here for years and I've only had the basil fried rice. It's amazing
I love this cute place! Food is so yummy and service excellent!
Highly recommend specially lad na sea food so good don’t forget check that place out..
This is my go-to Thai place. Always consistent and service is great.
The food is always good especially the Green Curry and pad see ewww
But the waitress is mean sometimes when I ask for pork and chopstick Togo
And never smile
The restaurant’s website and Google Maps talk about lunch specials but doesn’t post that they are closed from 3-4:30 pm for their break. I arrived at 2:40 and ordered the Curry Puff app and Tom Kha soup. They came fairly quickly and were well flavored. I then ordered the Pad Thai but had to take it to go because of their ‘break.’ I did submit the correct hours and also explained to the server that they need to update their hours.

We eat here at least once a week, our favorite place. Love the Salmon Mango salad, and Penang curry!
Sign said "lunch special $11, dine in only until 3 pm." We got there at 2:30 pm and were told dine in was closed at 2:30. Normally don't go there because it's not a very friendly place even though we're good tippers (25+%)

This is the tiniest Thai restaurant I've ever been to. They have you sitting on top of each other, but honestly, it's worth it. The price is high but average for Prince William County. The portions are moderately large. I love to eat and I get full here. I'm usually full for the night after eating here. I usually eat here at least once a month. I didn't expect to like this place, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Parking: Siam Bistro shares a parking lot with about 10 - 12 other businesses. There are about 35 - 50 spaces available. You may have to circle or park in one of the other lots. An inconvenience of about 1-3 minutes of walking if you don't have mobility issues.
