Smokey Bones Woodbridge

We went on a Sunday evening about 6:30PM, no wait or crowds which was great. Our server was friendly and attentive. The ladies bathroom could use a cleaning although not super dirty, seems like they missed their afternoon cleaning shift perhaps. I ordered a med rare 6 ounce sirloin with broccoli ..very tasty, but if you have a large appetite then you may not want to order that size and go for something larger. The steak was bite-sized, but cooked as I ordered and seasoned well. The broccoli was broccoli, no thills there and the $9.99 strawberry margarita drink i ordered with Titos was pretty watered down and tasted plain nothing enjoyable. Should have gotten one of the $5 drink specials and probably would have been better or the same with spending less. The prices are ver decent, my meal costing $21 and menu items around the same price or lower . Next time I'll get a sandwich as I saw some of the sandwiches looked pretty loaded and delicious.

We wanted to write a very special thank you to IMANI MUHAMMAD & MARIAM TRIGUI from Smokey Bones. We have been going to Smokey Bones almost every other day because we are currently visiting at a hotel close by so we've been going even more than usual. We are very, very loyal customers.
IMANI & MARIAM were both extremely kind, polite, professional, personable, courteous, informative, helpful, & ABOVE & BEYOND WITH THEIR INCREDIBLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. A++ SERVICE. It definitely made an incredible impression on us & made us want to come back more than other restaurants close by, not only for the food, but for the excellent customer service. Customer service is everything to us. When the customer service is so wonderful it makes you want to go back even more. These two great women definitely plays a huge role in us continuously coming back.
With all that being said, as incredibly loyal frequent customers all we ask is for them BOTH (IMANI & MARIAM) to be taken care of in the highest regards possible. We would like for all their hard work to be recognized & acknowledged in the form of a raise, promotion, & any/all other high forms of the best recognition possible. Please send to higher management. This place has seen better days. We were the only customers, and the ice machine was broken. The ribs and sides were just OK, at best. The multiple TV screens were the highlight of the meal.

The place is hit or miss it's a chain restaurant so not every visit is going to be consistent in the food execution. One time the turkey was great another it was dry and the service was mediocre thats just the way it is I guess. They do have Friday night entertainment though I believe they alter the weeks for a live Dj and then karaoke 🎤 😅

Great place with decent prices. Everything is pretty much good, but make sure to order food items they cook smoked like the smoked wings and ribs are delicous. They also have smoked pork. Great deals on drinks as well.

Great location with parking lot adjacent to Spark Hotel. We were able to get our son a delicious, filling meals after his race day. He got a pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw, Mac and cheese. The staff was very friendly, offering my son a menu, allowing us the time to decide without rushing us, politely excusing herself to seat someone who arrived after us, and patiently taking the time to allow our son to select crayons. We ordered, went up the street, came back for pickup and to our hotel. Seems like an enjoyable spot to sit and dine in. Would definitely visit again, and would go regularly, if we lived nearby.

The staff looked unkempt like the guy rolled out of bed and came straight to work. Food was eh. Waitress was wonderful. Worst part was several homeless sitting in the entrance ambushing customers. Screaming in our faces. Just lounging and harassing in the front entrance. Staff said and did nothing. It could have become very unsafe very quickly. Based on the unimpressive meal, the sloppy host and the horrible experience just trying to get to my car, I will never go back. I’d rather go to Mission BBQ

We were there for a birthday dinner on a Sunday around 6pm and seeing the menu we thought it would be a good place to celebrate, we arrived there were about 10 people, the place had only three tables with customers including ours, 20 minutes had actually passed and the waitress didn’t come to the table or even look at us until one of us decided to go get her, we ordered the food and drinks, some of them she didn’t bring, other dishes were missing sides and even when we told her she didn’t bring them, she never asked if we wanted another drink, she NEVER cleared the plates or glasses, she didn’t bring napkins, she never came back to the table at all, I felt somewhat frustrated and normally I don’t like to expose anyone to a manager or boss but it got so much that I decided to go look for a manager and guess what? I felt worse, I started by telling him that we had been waiting a long time for service and that our plates hadn't even been removed. He only offered me a discount and NEVER PICKED UP THE PLATES OR DID ANYTHING AT ALL. Then the bill came and was charging us for everything wrong. The food is good 💯 for the kitchen, but the service starting with the management is terrible. I do not recommend it. I'm leaving some photos of the other tables and mine full of plates, and I don't have photos of the staff chatting and doing nothing. They also include 20% gratuity on the bill, which I did not like.

The GM was espectacular made me feel welcomed and the food was just amazing. I will defiantly come back and tell my friends about it

good chain like restaurant brisket was a little fatty for my tastes, potato was good but loaded was extra money, onion rings were solid. good draft beer.
