I had to wait 25 minutes for my Chicken and Waffles. I paid 18 dollars for ONE PIECE OF WAFFLES and ONE SMALL PIECE OF CHICKEN. The worst part is that the Chicken was SALTY as hell and it probably was more dyer than the Sahara desert and saltier than the ocean.

The fried chicken is amazing! The cabbage is awful though. And I had hoped for some collard greens but they were out. I'd try again though, even if just to get that fried chicken and hope that they have the sides I want. Very friendly staff as well!

Just ordered the Catfish with fries, cabbage and an extra side of Mac n cheese. It was . One of my new favorite soulfood spots in Woodbridge.

The chicken was burned on all three of our different orders. The waffle for the chicken and waffle sliders was over cooked. I threw away my whole meal because it was not edible. I spent a good amount of money and gave a nice tip. I will never eat there again, I was very disappointed and their menu was the most attractive one at the food court. I know those men knew it was burned and served it anyway.

Food is simply not tasty..Food is either over seasoned or has no seasoning. Portions are wacky for what they charge... wonder how long they will last serving flavorless food and definitely without Flare. Deserves no stars.. a real disappointment!!

I love shrimp and grits but all I can taste is butter and cheese on my first bite . You can see it in the picture it's crazy ! I saw the terrible reviews and wanted to give them a chance haven't ordered in awhile. Was very hungry and Ordered during my lunch through my jobs business account . It taste so bad I couldn't even eat past my first bite so disappointed and really deserve a refund or something such a major waste of money . Hope they can somehow make this right other wise I will never order from here again

The lady servicing was beyond rude and I’m pretty sure my order being completely wrong wasn’t by mistake! Mind you she didn’t speak but proceeded to give me rude glares and stares as I ordered and picked up! I wouldn’t waste my time paying for this type of service and I will be challenging the payment as my calls went unanswered!The gentleman taking the orders was very polite (Blink if u need help lol) but never again!

The lady taking orders was rude! Worst customer service ever. We stood looking at the menu for a good five minutes (no one was in line) the lady saw us standing right there! Didn't greet us didn't ask if we needed any help nothing. We had a question about their sweet potato waffle when I went up to the counter she said hi hello (with attitude) like she didn't see us standing there for five minutes. We still decided to order food from there (only because my daughter was really craving chicken and waffles) she told my husband to wait, so he waited. I told him I was going to go to another place to order when I come back he's still there waiting the lady then asked him to move over from the counter... why!? He was the only one in line waiting to order his food. Just a tip for the future. Greet your customers when they walk up to your spot, if they're standing there looking at the menu and you CAN HEAR them go back and forth about items ask to see if they have any questions/need help. And most of all don't forget that YOU NEED the customer the customer doesn't NEED you. You're just an option, especially at a food court. So making the customer feel welcomed is important!

Talk about it going downhill as soon as we walked up to the counter. Asia our cashier didn't even greet us nor did she bother to ask if we were ready to order. (Should've walked away then) but I asked her if this is where we ordered and she nodded. My boyfriend gave her his order and then mine. It came out to $49.80!!! Chicken & Cheese egg rolls, chicken and waffles, catfish with fries and 2 sodas! That food was not worth $16 per plate. Egg rolls were greasy, catfish was salty , chicken and waffles seemed dry and a bit burnt. Overall the initial experience made me not enjoy anything.

The owner is great! The food is amazing fresh and delicious! I enjoyed my crab cake sliders. I highly recommend and I will be back to try the steak and cheese egg rolls!

Great food, and the Owner is amazing! I ate the crab cake slider with fries. The crab cake sliders was fresh, and delicious. The fries were hot and well seasoned with that southern love. My co workers are the catfish that I tried and it was perfectly seasoned and crispy. Will definitely be back to try the steak and cheese egg rolls !

We ordered the pulled pork sliders, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, chicken bites with sweet potato fries, fried okra, fried catfish sandwich with fries. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. The portions were small for the price. All the food had great seasoning and flavor. I would order here again.
