The service was great! The chicken wings were cooked they way I like them without sauce. I made a good choice ordering the hamburger and fries everything was fresh from scratch nothing frozen. I will be back.Parking: I was able to find a parking space close to the building.

I ordered for my 3 children that couldn't make their minds up. Curtis was very patient and accommodated their allergies although the ordering process through the computer didn't allow for it.He was very kind and professional. My son enjoyed his food and that says so much as he's a very picky eater.

Curtis definitely deserves a 5 star review for his customer service. His music was also amazing! I love hearing reggae playing when I visit new places. 10/10 experience with pretty good food.

My very first experience was the best! The place was still kind of new and the chicken wings were amazing.Fast forward... I have ordered the same thing 3 times since my 1st visit hoping things would change (because my 5yo is hooked). They have not. The chicken always comes out burnt and you can tell the grease is bad. Today we walked in and I saw the grease is still as black as night and smoking, so we turned right back around.

Stacks recently added a "chopped cheese" to the menu and I couldn't resist. Fries on the side were seasoned with a slight hint of heat. Nice presentation! Overall good meal. As others have commented, food was a tad too salty.I'll go again but will ask to go light on salt. Very friendly and attentive man behind the counter. That makes all the difference!

The $13 cheeseburger was disappointing along with the fries. The cheeseburger does not look anything like the picture. Its a pre-made thin patty that was frozen and not handmade thick patty like in the picture. The fries does not have any salt.

See my ratings below: Ambiance: 5/5 - Sits in epiq food hall which is a great vibe to go to when hanging with friends. Great spot with plenty of seating, options, and decor. Price: 4/5 - 20 wings for about $23 is solid pricing and standard for wings in my opinion. Not pictured, but i also got a cheesesteak that was well priced. Food: 3/5 - This place is interesting. The cheesesteak is very good here. I get the supreme cheesesteak and its always good, however their chicken wings were disappointing. The outside seasoning was flavorful, however inside they were cold. I wasn't able to finish them because they weren't cooked all the way. Service: 4/5 - The food takes a while to make so just be prepared to wait for a bit when getting food here. Overall, I would rate this place a 3.2/5 because of the cheesesteak that's holding it up. The wings definitely need to be cooked more next time.

If there was a zero that would be my rating. We got a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were awful. The fries were limp and tasteless. I'll never go there again. Way too expensive too.
