The reason I gave them 3 stars is because the order is never resdy on time according to the scheduled time it's suppose to be. If my order is suppose to be ready at 10am than I expect it at 10am or at least within a 5 min grace period. Not 10:20 or after. I already ordered 30 mins ahead and now your telling me I have to wait an extra 20 mins from the time it was scheduled to be ready at. SMH
Workers are so kind and friendly! I placed a mobile order and received it in minutes! The ladies were working so hard and busting their buts! I got my order super fast! These ladies deserve a raise!!
So mostly my order was correct . But when you order a plain bagel with the upcharge add on of cream cheese and butter . Thats like half the meal when it comes to a plain bagel . Make sure yall putting everything in the bags not just the big items. the little things is what drives return business and tips ..
