Thank you for the excellent service. I went in flustered, needing help and the way this one girl sprung into action deserves attention. She's there almost every time I go in with a smile and pleasant attitude. I really needed that today.

The young man that worked in the afternoon of december 19th 2024 (food court location) made the best latte I've ever had in my life, despite the store being extremely busy, and me asking for customizations. He was also very nice and polite. 10/10 customer service!

The store locates inside the mall so alway busy, still the baristas seem doing great job in maintaining quality of the drink as well as short wait time. Overall, the services are great my recent visits💛

I ordered 2 drinks and they called my name for one. I said I should have another one coming right? Making sure they heard my order correctly and she said to me It's Coming I don't have 5 hands! So rude. I would or should have just left the order there but it was for my daughter.

Busy but can order ahead on app. Seating all around.
Parking: At Galleria. I find plenty of parking on the side of Neiman’s which is then an escalator ride down to Starbucks.

This morning I go to Starbucks to get one and refresher the lemon refresher. They tell me after work they don’t have the straws that goes with the refresher so you can get the little juices a little round balls they have with the juice in it so they rather for you to use the small straw, I asked for a refund. Why would you pay for half of product and you can get the whole product attitude because I asked for a refund because they didn’t have the straw I’m not paying for a beverage I can drink and I can drink the Whole beverage that makes no sense to me , then I should be able to pay half money for the beverage

I would like to start to say that I’m very disappointed with the way costumer service was In this startbucks.
I have been a Starbucks customer since I could remember and this is the first time I felt and was treating.
I ordered a Vanilla frappe latte, I didn’t like the way it tasted so I went back to the clerk to let her know if I could order something else in exchange. I have done it before in other stores. The young lady told me No you already drank half of it. As you can see in the photo to the right is still full. She told me we “can’t do that “ because apparently already drank all of it . I then ordered a soy latte and asked if it could be blended, they told me no.
I will not come this store ever again.
