They lying about opening time it’s 10.36 and it’s not open they don’t have sine to say anything

Stood in there, nearly empty when I walked in and somehow I sat there for 30+ minutes for a frappe.

Went in and the place was nearly empty but 20 minutes later, I’m still waiting on my drink. Employees move super slowly considering all of the mobile orders they have. Also it would be great if there was some type of screen up for customers to see how many people are waiting so they could decide whether to wait or not. I’m going to be late to where I need to be and never would have ordered if I had known.

I ordered a strawberry with lemonade and a dragon fruit with lemonade but they gave me 2 cups of ice . When I asked them the reason the manager got mad on me. Worst Starbucks ever 👎🏻

this is honestly the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. Long wasn’t even too long and they make you wait 10+ minutes just for a simple drink. Unbelieable. Do better, seriously

Thank you for the excellent service. I went in flustered, needing help and the way this one girl sprung into action deserves attention. She's there almost every time I go in with a smile and pleasant attitude. I really needed that today.

The young man that worked in the afternoon of december 19th 2024 (food court location) made the best latte I've ever had in my life, despite the store being extremely busy, and me asking for customizations. He was also very nice and polite. 10/10 customer service!

The store locates inside the mall so alway busy, still the baristas seem doing great job in maintaining quality of the drink as well as short wait time. Overall, the services are great my recent visits💛

I ordered 2 drinks and they called my name for one. I said I should have another one coming right? Making sure they heard my order correctly and she said to me It's Coming I don't have 5 hands! So rude. I would or should have just left the order there but it was for my daughter.
