I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks drinks—the quality is still consistent, and my favorites taste just as good as ever. However, the wait times have been getting noticeably longer. Even during non-peak hours, it takes more time than it used to for orders to be ready. While the drinks are worth it, I hope they can work on improving efficiency so the experience matches the great taste.

Coffee was good, pleasant service...though
a bit slow for a Friday at 1:30.

This store is closed. Got all the way off the interstate for this because they didn't update their Google listing. Great.

So I have ordered from this location so many times and every time my drink has been perfect. I get the generic strawberry refresher with water and no berries. You cant mess it up because I dont make any modifications or anything and they get the ratio perfect every. single. time. I know it is their job but they are so good. You get me through my 12 hour hospital shifts and I appreciate everything you guys do<3 Also, there weren't any plain bagels available so they gave me a substitute which other restaurants wouldn't do.... Die hard Stonebridge Starbucks customer :)

I ordered a hot Chai Tea Latte, as a treat today. I took it to go & was too far away when I took my first sip & realized it tasted like coffee. In my mind, that shouldn't happened especially with the cost of the drink.
Disappointed!

Baristas are kinda slow (probably because there’s no drive thru) and it feels a little messy (tables not wiped down, lots of orders on the counter which felt disorganized, but the drinks came out fine so may have just been a busy day.

Better prepare to wait an extremely long time. 3rd time at this spot and all 3 times a 20 minute wait for a coffee. Needless to say rhis will be my last visit

I observed a woman here very rude with an angry face, and even when you ask a question not respond to you. then when I asked for her from a cashier she told me that the woman is the Manager, she can help you, woah, I asked her that remake my drink with no Ice, and she responded me if you ordered with Ice I can't remake it with out Ice I said excuse me Iorderd it with out ice and before getting mad on customers cheack the order and her attitude was very bad with an very anger face ( was looking like Chinese) She didn't respond to me, yes ro no. Then the cashier said we remake it I don't understand what was all that bad attitude for? Please hire nice people and nice Managers in your store.

It has been many times that I faced rude employee at this store beside not helping me they have bad attitude, when I call the manager today she was the worst and by responding me to cancel your mobile order while she know better than a customer that mobile order can’t cancel once take place . If the manager not helping customers and show bad attitude what will learn the team member from her? And this store many times make yeh drink wrong like bad or different test and when you ask for refund refer you to customer service and the help line when I called says you requested many times refund hooo hello this is not my fault your stores make it wrong I had to ask for refund or remake this is kind of scammer to take customers money and their drinks are not meeting expectations.

The store was clean. Everyone was friendly and I was greeted right away. Andy was very friendly and my order was made promptly even though it was crowded and he had many drinks to make. My matcha frappachino was perfectly made.
