I placed a mobile order and went to the location to pick my order up. When I arrived, my name was on the board in the “ready” column - but I didn’t see my coffee. I stood in the pick up area for about 5 minutes before politely asking one of the staff if my order was being prepared and she responded “Yes, we’re making it now”. So, I waited another 5 minutes before a staff member asked me what order I was waiting on. When I told her she looked at a sticker that had been placed on the computer and said “Oh, we don’t have this flavor anymore”. So, basically instead of someone letting me know that when I arrived 10 minutes prior - they just let me stand there. I get that it’s a busy Saturday morning - but they need to be more attentive.

its very sad that the workers there cant make a simple drink,... why is it so hard to make a shaken espresso with 5 shots, 4 classic pumps, 3 white mocha, 2 caramel top with heavy cream????? but they can charge you for every pump tho......

I was served by Mrs. Roman . Instantly , I was greeted with a smile from her. She is sooo sweet and kind I was delighted to be helped by her. Her warm and gentle personality was better than the coffee. She is quick and efficient and just what this place needs ! Thanks Starbucks for hiring her and she is exactly what this place needs . 🥰💕😇

I want to recognize Megan, one of the best baristas. she greets everyone with a warm smile. Her customer service is phenomenal, and her coffee always tastes amazing.
Recently, I had a small issue with my order, and Megan immediately fixed it, no hesitation, no questions asked. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. Starbucks is lucky to have her on the team!

Starbucks has rolled out a new protein latte without apparently training the staff on how to make it. I waited a long time at this location without anyone acknowledging me, and it seemed like they were avoiding making my drink because they didn't know how, and then went back and forth on how to make it. When it was finished, the board was not updated to show that the order was ready, and unlike everyone else, my name was not called. If I didn't get up to check, I would not have known it was done. I could have understood the order taking a bit longer to make because it was new, but the garbage customer service is not acceptable.

I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks drinks—the quality is still consistent, and my favorites taste just as good as ever. However, the wait times have been getting noticeably longer. Even during non-peak hours, it takes more time than it used to for orders to be ready. While the drinks are worth it, I hope they can work on improving efficiency so the experience matches the great taste.

This store is closed. Got all the way off the interstate for this because they didn't update their Google listing. Great.
