Since new management took over and the store was renovated, they’re always out of something: cold brew, whipped cream, iced coffee, peppermint syrup. And you can be the only customer in the store waiting, and your order will still take 10 minutes. They really just don’t have a sense of urgency or seem to care.

They need to figure out a better system with online orders. And that goes across the board for ALL service/food industries. The people who actually place an order IN the store, get pushed to the bottom and are left waiting 20+ min for their drinks. Verses people who order online, get their orders a lot quicker. This is the THIRD time that has happen (hence me leaving this review). They need a better process. Not fair to the people who are NOT ordering online or through the app….

Ordered hot grande matcha latte online. Came to the store saw one of my order ready. Asked them the hot matcha latte one and they gave me this already done on the counter. They did double check and still didn’t see the problem so I gave up and didn’t want to wait for remake

Waiting at the register for 10 minutes to place my order while they worked on other orders then another 20 - 25 mins for my microwaved breakfast sandwich smh

After going to this Starbucks over the last 3 years, I’ve come to expect that it will be dirty and there’s a 50/50 chance my drink will be wrong. Also…please retrain your baristas not to put hot food next to cookies/cakepops or things with icing. THEY WILL MELT. This request goes out to all Starbucks everywhere.

I'm not sure exactly when this Starbucks location went down hill, but whoever is running the place needs to hire more employees or clock in yourself, because a 30 minute wait for one drink is wild. How is there only two to four baristas working for an entire store of customers? What kind of sense does that make... and the baristas you do have seriously look stressed out and need more help than one person taking orders and two people making drinks. Stonebridge Starbucks is one of the most popular locations in Woodbridge, but the way it's being run makes me not even want to go. Might as well just order at the Starbucks in Barnes & Noble. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

I have been coming to this store since it’s opened very great place, but after the renovation and the new staff everything has gone down hill! The quality of the drinks they make are horrible. They fill the top with ice and most of the times they run out of ingredients for the drinks!

Professional Opinion

This starbucks needs a better manager. 1st, they are often out of the necessary ingredients for the products that they offer. 2nd, the starbucks stays dirty and not maintained. 3rd, there is no clear leadership running the coffee making process. 4th, the tall Hispanic woman at the cash register had zits all over her face and it is not appetizing when ordering or working around food.
I live in the community and come here often because it is my neighborhood starbucks. This owner needs to take notes from the Hoadley road starbucks. Their cashiers are friendly, the store is clean and they have what they need more often than not to serve what's on the menu.

Hire people that want to work with people, not people who talk a good game to get a Job and the perform poorly.

Not much parking nearby. They get a lot of online orders and have a hard time meeting the timelines in the app, so order well ahead if you need to make it a quick stop. Also the app frequently indicates that they’re out of cold brew, but when you arrive, they have it, so some disconnect. Overall, a good Starbucks working through some challenges that may impact customer experience.
