Winnie gets 5 stars for being the most kind and genuine worker i could’ve ever ran into. My 5 friends and i went thru the starbucks drive thru 5 minutes before closing and while most workers would be pissed at customers like us, she welcomed us with the most kind and friendly attitude. It was my best friends birthday and she was struggling to get her birthday reward to work and the worker could not have been more understanding at getting the situation worked out. LOVE MY GIRL WINNIE SHE THE BESTTTTT!!!

Never had a bad experience at a Starbucks but this one is terrible. I preordered my birthday drink on the app. On google and the app it says they open at 4:00AM. We arrived at 4:45AM and when I get there the door is locked. There’s 2 women in the store just staring at me putting up a hand that says 5. OK so why does it say they open at 4 and let me order my drink. Customer service is horrible.

You get exactly what you expect out of one of the largest coffee chains in America. Coffee and drinks are consistent and usually tastes, food is pre-made and heated for your consumption. Staff were friendly and quick. No surprises.

Friendly staff . Good Service. Server was paitient as we had issues with the Ap;p at Drive-thru; but all worked fine in the end.
I went out of my way to go to this location since it was open late. When I arrived 20+ minutes before close, they had already blocked off the drive through. This location seems to only have a walk up window (no inside seating), which closes earlier. I wasn’t able to order on the app either, so I just wasted a bunch of time. Very irritating.
ETA: in response to owner message - I did use that contact form and got a response that said “sorry you waited for your order so long, but we definitely won’t refund you” which was not the issue at all and I didn’t ask for a refund since I was never able to place an order. Yet another waste of time.

I unfortunately had a bad experience coming here. One of the staff was very rude to me, and she gave me the worst attitude. I had to go to another Starbucks to get my order where better customer service was provided.
