Starbucks! You have to step up your game! There has to be a faster way for serving pre-ordered coffee. A cup of coffee shouldn't take 15 minutes! ;)

I went out of my way to go to this location since it was open late. When I arrived 20+ minutes before close, they had already blocked off the drive through. This location seems to only have a walk up window (no inside seating), which closes earlier. I wasn’t able to order on the app either, so I just wasted a bunch of time. Very irritating.
ETA: in response to owner message - I did use that contact form and got a response that said “sorry you waited for your order so long, but we definitely won’t refund you” which was not the issue at all and I didn’t ask for a refund since I was never able to place an order. Yet another waste of time.

I unfortunately had a bad experience coming here. One of the staff was very rude to me, and she gave me the worst attitude. I had to go to another Starbucks to get my order where better customer service was provided.

Z the person at the drivethru window in the mornings with long black hair named Z… is soooo enthusiastic in the morning!!! When I go to Starbucks I’m always treated with a smile. It’s absolutely heart warming and gets my morning going:)He deserves a raise. anywhere else in Woodbridge others are tired and rude in the mornings but not Z!
I’m a daily regular here and the team here is AMAZING. They are always pretty busy but they are very attentive to the customers and make the BEST drinks and food. Worth the wait every time!
This Starbucks is only for drive through our windup pick up if mobile order, but that makes it the perfect place to go when you are short on time. The order is always correct and the drinks are always as I expect. I have a Starbucks that is closer but often have to wait there even for a mobile order.
