This is a newly remodeled subway but I’ll never spend a dime here again and it’s actually stopped me from ordering anywhere. I placed an order after a 12 hour shift. Didn’t feel like cooking, placed it just as I was nearing home only to get home and I ordered Italian bread only to be given flat bread. How disgusting, into the trash it went . I reached out only for the store manager to contact me and say he need d to check the cameras. As if I’d lie. I included the picture That was all he said or did. Complete ghosted me, I followed up twice and nothing. I’ll never order from this location again, and barely from subway going forward

They have everything covered you don’t see how much they give you. I ordered tuna sandwich. got home there’s about a spoon of tuna in my sandwich you can barely see tuna all I tasted was bread and vegetables. That’s a scam How much is a tuna can? 1$ for full sandwich. Any you put 1/4.
Just have a bad experience with the works today. They treat us like there didn’t like to be working there today. Just walk out not happy on the customer service.

I ordered via uber eats. Nothing complicated but the sandwich artist didn’t put mayonnaise or cheese on my sandwich. It was so dry I wanted to cry. Please tell your folks to read the orders, I paid $20 for that sandwich via Uber Eats and it wasn’t good.

Once again, in my stupidity, I ordered a sub from Subway. Back in the days it used to be the bomb. Now if you place an order and pay for double meatballs or meat of any kind you get regular but still charged. Tried to call the store and took four tries to get through because they kept hanging up on me. All I got was oh I'm sorry . I'm sick and tired of being ripped off by this corporate franchise. I suppose I will have to return to never ordering from Subway again because I'm sick and tired of spending money and getting ripped off! Very sad because Subway used to be my go-to now you never know what you're going to get.
I had a disappointing experience at Subway today. I placed an online order and specifically requested that the meatballs be removed from my sandwich. When my coworkers went to pick up the order, the worker gave them a hard time, insisting that I should have ordered something different (specifically #23 but i don't eat salami which is why I didn't order that) instead of asking for the meatballs to be removed. My coworkers explained that it was my first time ordering, but the worker kept insisting that wasn’t true, claiming to remember my previous order — which was impossible because I haven’t had Subway in over five years. The whole exchange felt unprofessional and frustrating.
It’s really disappointing when staff make assumptions and treat customers in a dismissive way. I would appreciate it if management could address this issue with their staff to ensure a better customer experience moving forward. A little patience and understanding go a long way, especially when it comes to first-time customers.

I came in at 10:40 the cashier told me they close at 9:45 when the whole time it say 10. I tried using the bathroom but the cashier said no that they closed and mind you it’s 10:44 at the moment and I bought a whole meal. It was a young Spanish guy with glasses. This is not good customer service just because you cleaned the bathroom already dont mean the customers can’t use the bathroom. It’s not our fault you are trying to go home early because u have school. Maybe you shouldn’t work a job

I ordered on the subway app on 10/06/2024 and 8:33PM I payed for my food on the subway app but door dash was the carrier for the delivery. I kept receving messages that my order was delayed. The person from doordash called and said there was an issue with your order and that my food wasnt there. I called the store and the store said somebody came to pick up my food at 8:48 PM (How they was able to make two footlong toasted sandwhiches within that timeframe is beyond me). The employee I was speakinng with from subway was very rude and disrespectful and didnt care. I called door dash and they stated they dont have documentation on who the first driver was or that he was even assigned to my order. Only the driver who tried to pick it up but wasnt able to. Nobody cared that I wasnt able to get my food that I payed my money for

EVERYDAY I order the same thing from various Subway locations up and down the east coast. A steak and egg sub. Every location has the same price...about 8-9 dollars. There's an employee here that boost the price up to SIXTEEN DOLLARS & he claimed it was because it wasn't breakfast hours. One time before this same guy was at the Subway at Walmart on Worth ave & tried the same crap. He changed the price back to the regular price after I called him out on it. Said his manager was unavailable and "probably home sleeping"

Normally, whenever I go to Subway they would on a go slow, but this location was fast and precise. He also suggested which dressing goes the sandwiches I was getting at the time

Almost empty subs.I could barely find any tuna or teriyaki chicken in my subs.Barely any veggies too.If you order from mobile, put extra for your veggie selections.
