I ordered on the subway app on 10/06/2024 and 8:33PM I payed for my food on the subway app but door dash was the carrier for the delivery. I kept receving messages that my order was delayed. The person from doordash called and said there was an issue with your order and that my food wasnt there. I called the store and the store said somebody came to pick up my food at 8:48 PM (How they was able to make two footlong toasted sandwhiches within that timeframe is beyond me). The employee I was speakinng with from subway was very rude and disrespectful and didnt care. I called door dash and they stated they dont have documentation on who the first driver was or that he was even assigned to my order. Only the driver who tried to pick it up but wasnt able to. Nobody cared that I wasnt able to get my food that I payed my money for

EVERYDAY I order the same thing from various Subway locations up and down the east coast. A steak and egg sub. Every location has the same price...about 8-9 dollars. There's an employee here that boost the price up to SIXTEEN DOLLARS & he claimed it was because it wasn't breakfast hours. One time before this same guy was at the Subway at Walmart on Worth ave & tried the same crap. He changed the price back to the regular price after I called him out on it. Said his manager was unavailable and "probably home sleeping"

Normally, whenever I go to Subway they would on a go slow, but this location was fast and precise. He also suggested which dressing goes the sandwiches I was getting at the time

I passed by this area when i drive, suddenly i feel a pee then i drive to the side, i search resturant near me in google then i get subway. I went to subway and then i asked to employee to use a restroom and she say read it the paper in restroom in the door. I read it , it says and it said nobody use it without order meaning only for customers. Thats amazing, this is not "humanity". In this world there is a lot of illness like diabetic,blood pressure, high pressure pee pain, old people', babie's ...... ...e.t.c a lot. What can they do like this people when they drive in the highway? But i went beside subway there is resturant they say okay you can use it.

The lady i ordered from didnt speak english she was rude she ruined my sandwhich on purpose ahe hung up on me on the phone 4 times she refused to give her name and store number she is the worst excuse for a worker ive ever seen and heard of im so disappointed i want my 17 dollars back asap or so help me there will b issues your lucky thats all i want i tried to feed my kids how when they cant even hold the sandwhich its filled with nothing but ranch this is the most disgusting sandwhich ive ever gottten feom subway who wpuld do this to someone

Did door dash and half my order was wrong. I called 18 time at 8:30 PM and not one. answered. I asked for Cheese cake cook and got a cookie with nuts. I'm Allergic! Also didn't receive our drinks.If I could I would give 10 negative stars!

I came in to get a footlong and this short older Spanish looking lady made my sandwich with attitude and didn’t put as much on it I had to ask for more on it I don’t understand why she would attend customers in a bad way but I definitely won’t be coming here again .never experienced this at any other subway just saying .
