Came in and just got stared at. So I said hello and the responded hello with his head down smh. After paying for the food she just pushed the food near me. I've worked in customer service before so I know how you should and shouldn't treat the customers. Won't be coming here again. 0/0 would not recommend. Poor customer service could ruin a good review even if the place was clean. Visited 8/7.

The door clearly says it closes at 10 p.m. A customer came in at 9:46 p.m. and was told they were closed, and had the audacity to tell me they closed at 9:50 p.m. I started eating at 9:37 p.m.

I love it when I get greeted with an attitude then on top of that I have to go back twice to ask for my drinks sides AND condiments I paid for. Also, I just don’t understand why I was told where my food is with such annoyance for one. It wasn’t even where it supposed to be then number two, the food is already made.

I swear this location gets around 50% of its app and door dash orders wrong. I feel like I'm a masochist for continuing to think they might be the least bit competent. Beware, if you order through their app you cannot get a refund without calling them (they will not answer) or driving to their location. Use door dash if you're feeling lucky.

I ordered on the Subway app for delivery. Order arrived missing an item. I called the store directly for a refund. She insisted I must call Door Dash for help, even though I did not use their app. They were on my receipt, but I ordered with the Subway app. She acted like I was lying so I hung up on her and called Door Dash. They agreed that Subway needs to help me. So I sent a detailed email to Subway requesting a refund and better employee training and customer service. Will be interesting to hear the response. So tired of declining customer service these days!

This location always closes earlier than posted time. I arrived at 9:30, doors locked, their cleaning , chairs put away. Customers drive and arrive and no service , just bad business!!!! Closing time is 10.
