Trader Joe's frozen meals are far better than this place. Got a $20 order of teriyaki chicken with mixed vegetables and it was chicken with zero sauce, white rice and a couple pieces of broccoli. And they packed hot stuff with the sushi and salad. Sushi is bare minimum 6 pieces and about on par with airport prepacked sushi. And no chopsticks in the stapled bag. Place was empty on a Saturday night and it took me 25 minutes to get this crap after showing up late of the original window for pickup.

The place is extremely empty every time I’ve been. The pricing is very expensive for food that isn’t fresh. I think the establishment has potential but needs to amplify customer experience. Play some music maybe and lower prices. Use Fairfax county locsl sushi spots as examples. Genki, passion fin, etc. the restaurant just provides such exceptional experiences at the same if not better price for quality food.

Sushi Bae offers a just ok atmosphere and an impressive selection of sushi that makes it a go-to spot for sushi lovers. The presentation is ok, and the flavors in most rolls are vibrant and satisfying.However, one major disappointment was the use of imitation crab meat in some rolls. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality, real crab would elevate the menu and match the high standards set by the rest of the offerings. Still, Sushi Bae has a lot to love, and with a tweak to this detail, it could easily become a top-tier sushi destination in Woodbridge.

This may be easily now one of my favorite sushi spots. They did have a beef dumpling soup that I did not like but that did not hinder my rating as the sushi is soooo delish and it melts in your mouth. I have to go back to try different ones. I ordered a mango, avocado and tuna appetizer OMG!! Soooo good!

Very disappointed. We walk in to the restaurant 8:10pm I ask for a table and the guy said: sorry we close at 9pm. ???? And the door says Fridays close at 9:30pm. I guess they want to go home early today!! 😒😒

The guy behind the bar needs to learn customer service. He was yelling at multiple customers for saying their food wasn’t fresh. They also take forever just to get one dish do not go here on a busy night or you will wait forever for your food. The single server they had was nice though.

The order experience online was efficient. I received text updates with my order status, which I appreciated. However, the sushi rice was overcooked. The texture of the rice was mushy, the sushi rolls were sloppily made, and the shrimp was not fresh.
