Zeidy is the reason that our family keeps coming back to this sweetFrog location over any of the other locations in the DMV. One time the original tart flavor was not working, she went to the backside of the machine and tried to fix it, then she came back to the front and she tried to fix it, she could’ve given up and said it’s not working but she didn’t, she eventually got it fixed and made it function perfectly. She has the best customer service and attention for detail, every time we visit she is always working, paying attention to the details and assisting customers with requests they have. I strongly believe Zeidy deserves a promotion or raise and should be highly appreciated by the owners and managerial staff. Thank you Zeidy for always making our experience at sweetFrog a great experience.
