Just nasty! Never going there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Burrito was just soggy and nasty and made me sick. Could've just been my burrito but still wouldn't recommend.

I love burritos, but these were seriously some of the worst burritos I've ever had. I got the steak. The steak tasted kinda like teriyaki (which was weird) and was cut into like 3 inch pieces, which were huge. The rice was like uncle ben's white rice. So plain. My wife got the chicken and it was soggy and overall pretty gross. Not sure how this has so many good reviews. Maybe we came in a bad day or something. There wasn't a single other customer in the restaurant.

Mike (owner) I just wantes to give you a little piece of advice on training your employees. As you know I typically go to Sweeto Burrito at Staples Mills Plaza every single week mostly on Fridays. My wife has a dairy allergy and there have been many occasions where I get home and her burrito ofcourse has dairy in it when all I asked for to be put in hers is the meat and rice. This place is so good! I had the break neck with my husband and shared the chenga dessert. It was so good! Everything was hot and fresh. The food was served quickly as well. We sill definitely be back!
The food wasn't quite my cup of tea. Though I must give some major credit to the customer service. The gentleman that took my order and the lady that made and brought me my lunch were both top notch on customer service. Great asset to your company having two employees that you can tell care about the customer and are both polite.

The food is excellent. The prices are okay for what you get. The reason for three stars and not five is the customer service. It depends on what day you go to this location. My most recent trip the guy working at the cash register seemed like he just heard his favorite sports team is leaving town on the same day he was diagnosed with an incurable disease. He seemed miserable. Young black guy with twists. He didn't greet the customers in front of me or myself and he mumbled. Didn't thank the customers in front or me or myself when we each paid. That's the reason for three stars.
