The owner here either needs to schedule more workers or improve productivity. EVERY time i come here its a 30 min wait even when it’s empty.

The burritos are great, wait time a bit longer.Smokehouse is my personal fave. Tried the Chango dessert the first time... yum! Maybe too much cheesecake. (Like that's a thing, lol)A little pricey, but will easily last two meals, so good deal! Would have given 5 stars except for the wait. ☺☺☺☺

My family used to love this place (sweeto burrito in Woodbridge) but they changed staff and the last 4 times we went the food was disappointing. Last visit we even changed what we normally order to see if only those items changed but the burrito we ordered this time was even worse than the last visit. It was in the shape of a baseball and was mostly bread.

Ordered street tacos and the Carnivore Chimichanga. I found all the meat was too sweet. (I know it's in the name) But it left me searching for more flavor.

This place is nasty! It needs a visit by the Health Department IMO! The food is mediocre at best. We had never eaten here before but decided to go give it a try. Mistake! But I guess this is what happens when you have two high school kids running your shop. We got the food home and couldn’t get through half of it, threw it out. Not going back, lesson learned.

All these young workers they have can’t seem to do their job properly. I decided to give it one more shot since last time they messed up my order. It was disgusting. It looked like vomit if I’m being honest. Never again will I buy from this place. If they were to close I wouldn’t even be surprised.

We waited 40 minutes for our food and saw the cashier and cook argue with each other because the cashier refused to be professional and keep earphones out of their ear. Then refused to help the cook with a full lobby of customers. The food was still good but we will not be coming back to this location.

A friend was in town and really wanted to try SB. I hadn't been in a long time and it was convenient, so... The employees were very friendly and nice. We ordered to go and the food was really not good at all. Street tacos had some awful sweet sauce on them with nothing else. Flavorless comes to mind when asked to describe them. My friend had some kind of burrito with tater tots in it. There was supposed to be chicken and a sauce but the chicken must have not gotten the message because we could barely find any in the whole burrito! Just some tater tots, a couple of tiny pieces of shredded chicken and a little sauce. I hate buffalo sauce and I couldn't even taste it. Never again. Next time I pick the place.

All locations have been closed for WEEKS without explanation. 2/3 locations STILL show open daily according to Google, but they are in fact closed. Horrible customer service on Sweeto’s end. Too lazy to update your hours? Sad.
