Every single time I order from here the cinnamon twists are plain as fck i don’t remember ordering them plain today they had no cinnamon on it and the crunch wrap supreme has basically no beef in it like a small corner of it the rest was just lettuce , tomato , sour cream ended up throwing the whole shlt in the trash wasted $10-$11 today thnks for wasting my time today

The drive thru attendant is always rude. Today he yelled at me and scoffed at me when i was trying to make my simple order. His name is Hidar and I'm not sure why he is employed there. He is rude, sullen and apparently hates his job. Not going there again. Not worth the frustration when other restaurants are around and treat their customers with respect.

Came in on Thursday July 25th 2024 at around 11:00 a.m. to get a coffee.. the guy pointed to a machine and said you have to do the order through the machine. I got irritated and went outside to go through the drive-thru add order and he said they don't have iced coffee. I was very irritated so I won't be coming back to this one.

I work at a restaurant and get off late. The main appeal to places like Taco Bell is its open late. I pulled up to the drive thru around 1:20. I get they close at 2, but like I said, I work late and they’re supposed to be open. Not only did the employees not even have the decency to let me know over the intercom that they closed earlier than posted, but they actively ignored me and cleaned, mopped, swept, etc which I could clearly see from the drive thru line. They ignored the car in front of me too. It’s cool if you close early, but can you at least communicate that? That was so rude to just continue cleaning and ignoring customers just so you can leave right at 2. There were three people in there. Someone could have helped the guests. If I pulled anything close to this at my restaurant (which isn’t fast food but it’s still hospitality) I would be fired. Care more about your job.
I want there to get lunch and I got tacos and they were very good.

A very old Taco Bell. The colors and the swivel permanently placed chairs. It looks like I had not been updated since the 1980s. There was a large crack in the glass door that was taped together, the bathrooms required a code and the tables on one side look like they have been burnt on their side beside the windows. It was very clean but I was edgy because of all the signs above. I would not go back. You could be my carry on a conversation with an elderly person because no one was staying to eat. The permanent swivel chairs would be an obstacle for the elderly.
Kid-friendliness: It had an old highchair. I would not want to have a child in my arms going in or out.

Ordered food via drive-thru and waited a longer time than expected. They were nice about it and apologized, but no one was in front of us. We did arrive around 10:45am so maybe they were transitioning to lunch but we got breakfast. The breakfast Crunchwrap and burrito were amazing. Love their breakfast. The drive-thru is easy to access and I love that there’s a big trash can with a chute right before you enter the lane so you can clean up the car before eating in it and making it messy again. Overall decent experience, just the wait.
Parking: Plenty of parking, it’s within a strip mall lot.

STAY AWAY No stars if it was an option, my hearing impaired fiance went in to pick up an order placed 20+ minutes prior, was not helped for 10+ MINUTES on top of that sloppy made food and the banger IT WAS ALREADY COLD...,she came to get me i went in got the order and asked for a corporate number was given the wrong number on purpose. Will be filling a complaint against 3 employees with their names. Horrible STAY AWAY
