A long-time staple of Woodbridge Taco Bells. Drive-thru order was mostly accurate, but not placed in the bag with care or organization. There were several burst sauce packs that leaked over all the food. Friendly staff though.

Watched +10 Cars go through the drive thru well before I got my mobile order I placed before coming in. Ntm the obvious priority of the 5 delivery drivers that picked up food before I got mine

30 mins to wait for fast food is crazy as hell to me. I see they movin but I'm not sure what they doing??? I bunch of homeless sitting in here as well. I counted 4.... it's not even cold outside. I did hear them say that the fryer is working slow.

Love the tostada has always been a favorite was sad they took it off the menu. When I saw they brought back for a limited time I had to get one. Well now they are $2 and this is what I got., definitely not worth $2. Was very disappointed and not happy, it was not worth calling to complain so I just ate my flat taco shell because it was not the tostada I have always loved from Taco Bell. I got the green burrito and Gordita so hope it’s like the old.

Worse customer service. They don’t have enough people to work and they are very impolite
They don’t care for the customer.

Choice

They are some crooks. If you use your credit card there make sure they give it back to you.. cause if not one of their crew members is going to spend your money and they will cover up for that crew member. Kind of like Sankar did when confronted about a missing card with transactions that were made on it. Don't do it.....if you go use cash.

I just ordered a breakfast bacon crunch wrap from this place and they messed it up by forgetting to press it because the cheese was all cold and frozen but the replacement they gave me was the best food item I've had in my life so five stars all around!

The staff are very rude. Cashier acts like she can’t be bothered and refused to take my order verbally when I wanted to pay with cash. She told me to use the kiosk right away which I did, yet she had no issue taking a verbal order for another customer right in front of me. They made me wait 15 minutes and attended 4 people right after me with no issues and little wait time. When I approached the counter again to tell them I need to pay cash, they sent a different cashier to speak to me instead. Staff in the back have a staring problem too. Disrespectful for no reason at all.

The drive thru person was surprisingly nice and helpful. Speaker was legitimately clear. Food was made cleanly. I cannot comment on atmosphere because I was through the drive thru, but the parking lot was full.
