I am trying to figure out what happened? Probably just an off day because I've always had good service here. An hour ago I went through the drive in. 1 car before me but no one behind me. I ordered a Mexican Pizza Combo. Med Pizza, 2 reg hard tacos and lg Pepsi. At the window I paid and got my Pepsi and bag. No I didn't check, no there was no receipt in the bag. The young lady was very professional and courteous. I ts freezing outside and I finally get home. There were reg Nachos that looked awful and a soggy soft taco. Nothing close to what is ordered and paid for. If there were other vehicles in line, mix until a happen. But it was just me. I did notice there's no longer a person taking the order on the microphone, now it's an automated system. I am just a bit surprised that's all and will mention it next time. So I'm thinking either the new automated system, perhaps an online or app order? No clue. Thx

It's ok...not horrible and not great...for TB it's pretty slow and something is usually forgotten half the time.
Don’t bother with this location take an hour to get food and if you do a mobile order it still takes an hour

You’ll forget all about that derned pesky inflation. So go on now, whatcha waitin fer. Treat yaself to some of that premium rot gut. You deserve it.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.
Today we bought 2 Crunchwrap’s and 1 grill streak burrito and it was just horrible food was cold and the taste was bad and this is not the first time
