I am trying to figure out what happened? Probably just an off day because I've always had good service here. An hour ago I went through the drive in. 1 car before me but no one behind me. I ordered a Mexican Pizza Combo. Med Pizza, 2 reg hard tacos and lg Pepsi. At the window I paid and got my Pepsi and bag. No I didn't check, no there was no receipt in the bag. The young lady was very professional and courteous. I ts freezing outside and I finally get home. There were reg Nachos that looked awful and a soggy soft taco. Nothing close to what is ordered and paid for. If there were other vehicles in line, mix until a happen. But it was just me. I did notice there's no longer a person taking the order on the microphone, now it's an automated system. I am just a bit surprised that's all and will mention it next time. So I'm thinking either the new automated system, perhaps an online or app order? No clue. Thx

You’ll forget all about that derned pesky inflation. So go on now, whatcha waitin fer. Treat yaself to some of that premium rot gut. You deserve it.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.
Today we bought 2 Crunchwrap’s and 1 grill streak burrito and it was just horrible food was cold and the taste was bad and this is not the first time

So of course taco bell has great food, that's not the reason I left 3 stars, its the service because a few days ago I was at this exact location and I meant to leave a review on that day but anyway that damn taco bell had me waiting almost 30 minutes for some damn 2 tacos and It was hot as hell in there, I was sweating n stuff just hungry waiting for my tacos, there was about 13 people in there at the time and everyone was saying they were burning up, everyone's food was taking a while to get done, I mean its a good spot when you get them on a good day, maybe don't go to that location past 7PM like I did 🤷♂️🤣

Food is fresh every time, at 3pm, at 1am, quality is top notch. Never have to double check my order. Plus they got AI taking your order which is interesting
It's taco bell, food is fine but it really shouldn't take 25+ mins to make a few burritos when there's only 3 other customers in the building. If you want "fast" food from a fast food spot, go somewhere else.

Ordered combo...3 dorito taco supreme and wanted the sour cream on the side. Only could get it on the side if I paid for extra sour cream per drive thru staff this afternoon. If I paid for supreme tacos that come with sour cream. I shouldn't have to pay for sour cream. Very disappointed since I paid for supreme tacos. Make that make sense.
