Tacos El Costalilla

Nice place to get that homemade Mexican taco and more satisfaction. Good environment, clean dining room, ample parkimg and the food is amazing! Everything I had was already so perfect and flavorful yet they have a fixins bar where you can get additional toppings and salsas for your tacos from mild to spicy. Limited vegetarian options but there are a few with more coming I hear. Definitely worth giving it a shot. I enjoyed it very much. They even have pupusas!!! Oh yeahhh!!!

Saw the good reviews and swung by to get 3 tacos, ran me about $12.50. Everything was freshly made and the lengua was REALLY good. I was very satisfied and would come again when I’m in Woodbridge

The truth is, my wife and I went to eat and we ordered two Menudos and for us Mexicans, a Menudo plate has to have its avocado. It's like if you ate Macdonalds potatoes without capsule sauce. The Menudo was good, but I'll let them know that yes. They like it with avocado, buy it outside because they will leave it there for 5 dollars

So this was my first time eating here. We're coming from Newport News Va. With very few AUTHENTIC Hispanic resturaunts. We came to visit the Dc area and was looking for some fairly priced mexican/salvadorian food. On the way home chose this spot. I honestly don't know where the bad reviews on this page came from!!??? We have a family of 6 and got a GREAT amount of food and dessert. Such as papusas, sopes, quesadillas, tacos, and flan. Everything was exceptional! The lorrocco and cheese papusas and al pastor sopes was my personal favorite. The chorizo was bomb too!
Not only the food being good but the customer service was great as well! Will definitely be back when we get to this side again!!

I got the flautas and the chicken wasn’t even seasoned, it was bland and white (seemed canned). Trash waste of $, the melon drink is good though!

I must’ve went on a bad day because my experience was terrible. $13 for three tacos that were clearly not fresh. They smelled funny and tasted like they were precooked and microwaved. Steak cubes. They didn’t put anything on the tacos. Didn’t even ask if I wanted any toppings. Later that evening I threw up. Won’t be going back there.

Terrible service we paid 1 dollar xk they peeled the shrimp for us and when they gave us the food they were unpeeled then we returned them and they gave them again without peeling so expensive the service and in the end you will even feel hungry. I don't recommend it.

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Truly authentic. So fresh. I can’t even choose a favorite item but if I had to, I would go for the sopes. They also have the best flan I’ve ever tried! Great service, great food. I’ll always come back . Please don’t go anywhere!

Called for a carry out order and they hung up on me. Waited at least 30 minutes for two burritos. Rather go to a food truck next
