The Cheesecake Factory

First our silverware was not clean we ordered the old fashioned hamburgers (3) my granddaughter found a hair on her burger the fries were hard the waitress wasn't helpful she didn't clean the table before the other food came each time we had to ask other people for help. We finally got a manager and he was very accommodated regarding the hair on the burger. Now mind you my daughter and granddaughter don't like to address certain issues when going to eat at certain restaurants but me if I'm spending my money I want good food and good customer service and we tip according. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even eat the meal we paid for nor did my daughter or granddaughter when we got home the garbage ate it. So disappointed I used to take the girl there when they were young. It has change so much its been almost 10 years since I have eaten there.
The lights were down so low I had to use my light on my phone to read the menu. I will be posting the picture of the burger once my granddaughter sends it to me. So disappointed we were celebrating one of my granddaughter 20th birthday. Ended the dinner early.

We dine in Potomac Mills Sept 27,2025 around 3pm. At first we have waited almost 1 hr for our order to serve however nightmare continues when they served the food raw and uncooked. The rice is extremely uncooked and even animals can’t eat it. We called the attention of the server politely telling them of the quality of the food. However, the server is totally rude instead of trying to minimized the damage -he shouted to my friend’s face and told us this ‘we cooked our rice here Al dente’, and what do you want me to do?. This is really unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour. We were surprised and terrified on how this type of employee isn’t bothered on the repercusion of his nasty behaviou and ultimately affecting the image of the company. I want to call the attention of the manager to pull this staff and retrain him to perform really good customer service. Still we gave a tip even if he is not deserving of such. We’ve dine a lot to different Cheese cake factory even overseas (dubai/abu dhabi) but this branch is terrible because of this server and quality of food.

As much as I love this restaurant but the level of clean is bad!
They will to put more effort into cleaning or hire a cleaning company each month to do a deep cleaning
You can’t eat and you’re surrounding with dust!
And the floor feel super sticky!

My son and I went for my birthday and while I enjoyed the food, our service was somewhat questionable. Just seemed to take forever and it wasn’t that busy. Their sourdough bread was absolutely amazing, we both got chicken dishes, and they were very good. And of course, there’s the cheesecake. Their cheesecake is probably my favorite cheesecake. Fortunately we had good luck with parking cause it can be a pain there. The atmosphere in there is nice and it always seems clean. I’ve actually only eaten there three times now, but have gotten cheesecake Many many times. I have always enjoyed their food there.

our server threw a fit when he saw his tip after being incompetent and barely checking up on us and ignoring us and attending to other tables around us

we stood at a dirty table where the hostess told us to stand for like 8 mins they finally clean our table we get no forks no menus for like 15 mins so we just went else where we got no drinks nothing not even a butter knife for the damn bread L waiter and L hostess for not paying attention and talking to eachother

Very disappointing service and a worse manager. We went there around 8pm and they didn't serve us any bread even after asking for it, then after 20 mins, they tell me that they just put the bread in the oven and when I said it's unexpected, they said that they're calling the manager. The manager came and acted like since the bread is free, they're doing a charity. I asked him why didn't the waitress let us know, he kept giving excuses like we ran out of bread and it takes 20 mins, then when I said why didn't she tell that before, he kept saying that it's the change of shifts bla bla bla, as if the shifts change one hour before the store closes. The arrogant behavior and the bad service in this location is appalling
