we stood at a dirty table where the hostess told us to stand for like 8 mins they finally clean our table we get no forks no menus for like 15 mins so we just went else where we got no drinks nothing not even a butter knife for the damn bread L waiter and L hostess for not paying attention and talking to eachother

Very disappointing service and a worse manager. We went there around 8pm and they didn't serve us any bread even after asking for it, then after 20 mins, they tell me that they just put the bread in the oven and when I said it's unexpected, they said that they're calling the manager. The manager came and acted like since the bread is free, they're doing a charity. I asked him why didn't the waitress let us know, he kept giving excuses like we ran out of bread and it takes 20 mins, then when I said why didn't she tell that before, he kept saying that it's the change of shifts bla bla bla, as if the shifts change one hour before the store closes. The arrogant behavior and the bad service in this location is appalling

I don’t know where to begin. We were sat down pretty quick but the service was sooooooooo SLOW! We didn’t get to place the order until after 25 minutes of being sat down but the table next to us who arrived after us got their order before we got ours. The food was very bland and the bread was very hard. Our meal was not worth $140. Very disappointed. Will definitely not go back.

Horrible customer service from host to manager.

We had a 530 reservation never got seated till after 6. The worse part is they wouldn't seat all 8 of us together said they only would seat 6 but they sat us beside a table of 12 then a table of 8. I guess we wasn't the right people to sit together.. will never go back will never recommend. I will be sending a complaint to there corporate office

The service and atmosphere are great! The food is somehow never that good. I'll to go a cheesecake anytime but the food has become a pass for my family.

After a three days and still disappointed this place is waste of time and money. The quality of this establishment has gone down completely. If anything order your cheesecake To go. I recommend ordering a whole cheesecake vs 10$ slices. At least you can count on the consistency of their cheesecake. Spent 80$ on over cooked food and frozen cheesecake. With reservation, I still waited 40 minutes to be seated. My experience even overshadowed the waitress service. Sadly their focus is to hurry and get us out the door in a courteous manner.

I have dined here twice and reached the conclusion their worst fear is a repeat customer. The food is great, the service is garbage.

The first time, the store had just opened and it still took forever to get our food. When they finally brought food to our table, it was someone else's food, and we had to wait longer four ours.

The second time, the staff was clearly confused who was supposed to serve us, and we barely saw anyone. The wait staff was constantly in heated conversations with the management. By the time a server made it back to our table, they could have seated other people at the same table if they had checked on us sooner.

The food is as good as any Cheesecake Factory, but your server might retire, or you might die of old age before your food makes it to the table.
