I came on my lunch break; My Bahama mama and wrap was perfect! I’m leaving a 1 star review because I politely asked the Hispanic lady on the cook line if she could cut my wrap. She rudely rolled her eyes, and said in Spanish to her coworker. “I need to tip” her for cutting my wrap. Stop thinking non Hispanics can’t speak and understand Spanish! If you don’t like your job, DONT WORK THERE!! Nasty attitudes & terrible customer service. I’ll stick to the McLean location!

I've spent hundreds at this place over the years. Their food has always been great. Until yesterday.

Ordered the hummus veggie wrap. Had a few changes made. The finished product was lettuce and hummus wrapped in a tortilla. Where's the rest of it? Sure wish I'd taken a photo.

Emailed the company directly regarding this experience. Haven't even received acknowledgement of my correspondence.

Another small company bought up by a hedge fund. Sad. And NOW, the restaurant responds by asking me to contact them further about this incident- when I mentioned in my original review I already did. Ball is in your court, Tropical Smoothie.

I won't be supporting this company further.

Too many teenagers possibly students in the store taking up space and being loud! Not all the customers are making purchases!! This is a turnoff!

I been there this week everything was great 'good costumer service. I got sunrise sunset was so delicious I taste all fruits I will be there again thank you so much the manager was a great person he is so helpful

Absolutely horrible experience today. I did an online order, accidentally set to pick up instead of delivery. My bad and I take ownership of that, but when I called to cancel, it took me five tries to get through to someone. When I did, I was told that the one person who can cancel or change orders wasn't in that day and wouldn't be in until the following day. Okay, frustrating but it was my mistake so I'll own it. Except that when we get there to pick up the order, they tell me they can't find it. I show them my confirmation and receipt, but they refuse to make my order unless I pay a second time. Hell no! So I'm gonna have to do a charge back on my card and I will never go to this location again. Poor service, poor decision by management to not have someone capable of changing orders on the premises during business hours, and absolutely ludicrous that it was suggested that I purchase something I'd already paid for a second time.

Very disappointed in the 'Ohana Breeze smoothie. The taste is unlike anything else I have ever tasted, so I can't even describe it here. It is definitely not good. After speaking to several people, they feel the same way. I will just stick to my regular smoothies from there.

They're smoothies are always delicious

The Hispanic lady is so rude there. I told her 4 times to make my smoothie sugar free but that lady was busy in her phone. After I got it I told her this is not sugar free, then she started being rude and lying. Like why are you on phone do your job nonsense. Plus, the price is crazy. Today is my last visit there.

A solid spot for a quick bite. The food was decent, but the smoothie really stood out. The store was clean, and the staff were professional and efficient.

Food is good. Service is excellent. I don’t understand why they let these high school kids come and take up all the seats. They don’t buy anything but the place is full. So I can’t sit inside. They are clearly skipping school why is this allowed.
