The staff are really nice and friendly and helpful.
I like most of the smoothie flavors but I usually get the green smoothies because I think they are healthier.

Their strawberry banana smoothie is so yummy.

The employees were nice with us.
Our server/cashier waited until we decided our options.
Smoothies were good too, just like any other Tropical Smoothies.

I usually like to leave good reviews however everytime i come here my order is off or something is missing. I go back up to the counter today to ask for a sauce that goes with the quesadillas and the older lady behind the counter explains to me that i don’t get one with my quesadilla and i would have to pay for one. Every quesadilla that I have ordered from tropical smoothie I have received a sauce with it on top of that I was being side eyed and given attitude because from thing that was missing from MY order, I spend my hard earn money here just to receive crappy service. The front counter ladies need to get it together….

Went in for two smoothies. Server was Ana M. She has a nasty little attitude and unfortunately, the smoothies for being as expensive as they are were so nasty. Gritty and not well mixed. Taste nothing like the kind I usually order. If she hates her job, she should work somewhere else! Preferably not one with customers!

My birthday was 11/28 and I received an email offer from tropical smoothie to redeem a 24oz free smoothie for my birthday and only on my birthday but tropical smoothie was closed on Thanksgiving so I called this morning to ask if it was possible for me to still get it even though the offer was for the day before and was turned away. This is absolutely ridiculous, how am I supposed to redeem something on a day you aren't even open.

Previously: This place was used for fraudulent orders but the staff refuses to answer the phone. To add to the issue, the company as a whole does not have a process to resolve disputes/theft/fraud. Hard to stop in in person when it's another state... Think twice before signing up for their app. Many people are starting to get hit by this.

I had the worse experience, I asked to speak to the manager and no one would give me any name . They kept giving me different names and they were extremely rude !! All I asked for for a side of bacon

The smoothies are delicious and the staff are very courteous. Because of the points program, there is always some type of discount and you can wrack up redeemable points very quickly. Just wish they had more smoothy flavor options for kids. Highly recommend.

Staff became very surly when I didn't tip for a walk in, walk out order and proceeded to loudly misgender me and speculate about my name as I was leaving, which was very gross. I was served by Mohammed A.

When I received my smoothie and said "Have a great day," the lady that handed it to me just glared at me. Really abysmal service. I'm happy to tip when I'm ordering more food or eating in the restaurant, but if it's gonna be an obligation, put it in the price of the smoothie.
