I WOULD NEVER get anything from this location again Jailynn who stated she was the manager is beyond rude ! I asked for corporates number she laughed and gave me the number to her store , then told me to google it if I wanted it ! I would not recommend I use to eat here a lot and I would never spend another dollar at this place thanks to her rudeness !

Got an offer form the online website for a birthday reward. Went in and tried to redeem in store, they said it wasn’t valid. Even though the coupon said it was valid today since today is my bday. I tried doing online, the app was saying transaction went through.I even showed the lady, what it said on my app. And she said oh well there’s nothing we can do the app those that sometimes. So left with nothing.

It's nice going to a restaurant where they know you by name.
It’s a mad house in here. Came for a pick up order I had placed 7 min earlier to be told they didn’t have one for me and I needed to “give the right name.” She then walked away. I stood for several more minutes as this order was paid for. When she came back, I showed her my confirmation and she asked I’m the kitchen. It appears they had already made it and the order had been given to someone else so they had to make me another. I don’t care about getting another or the order being given away but why you gotta be rude sis? I didn’t come in here for no reason. I have a confirmation. Why be rude. Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Nasty! I had them make the same drink twice…and twice it was watered down. It’s like they just didn’t want to make it right! SMH!

I use to live coming here, today I noticed the girl at the register was high. Don't believe drug test her. Short girl with brown and blonde hair. I paid extra for extra fruit multivitamins etc. I asked if the remaining smoothie be put in a small cup. Obviously if more things are added there would be more left over. Well, as I watched them make my shake and fill up my cup, I also noticed there was left over in the blender. The girl doing the blender immediately grabbed the blender water in the blender. The short high girl -comes over and tells me there was non left when I told her there was more left she said oh there was only a little bit left. Clearly there wasn't just a little left, she instead ran her mouth. To the owner it's a shame you have this type of costumer service in such an establishment. Avocado grilled cheese sandwich certainly has some avocado, but if I asked for mayo, that would have been more than the avocado I have. Pretty crappy given that AVOCADO is the first/primary ingredient that sold me on getting this item

I've been here a bunch of times and order the same wrap everytime. There's occasionally been some errors with my order before, but not usually something I can't overlook. Today, the wrap was inedible. The entire thing was drenched in so much sauce there was a pool of it in the bag and the entire thing fell apart in a big wet mess. There's so much sauce in this bag that it doesn't even logically make sense. Why would you put this much sauce on anything. I'm also pretty sure the chicken has gone bad, and they gave me spoiled meat. Would go somewhere else if you can.
