Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Every time I go on the weekends, and I have been regularly going on the weekdays so I can tell the difference. The weekend staff makes the smoothies gross and watery with an attitude as well! I order the same exact smoothie each time and every weekend it turns out to be the worst. I mean the solution is to NO longer come to this location on weekends! These smoothies are too expensive to be watered down and not made right! I’ve given several chances to see if it was just a bad batch but it’s consistently watery and doesn’t taste like it normally does with the weekday staff!

Keylin and Camila are two wonderful people they also greet you as family. They even know your order by memory if a regular customer. Mr. Mark

We were so excited to order the new BBQ slider, it looked so good. It was a horrible disappointment. Even for a slider it was incredibly small. The picture online showed a sandwich packed with meat, slaw and other options. As seen in my photos there is barely a smear of meat on the bun. $5 for a stale bun with almost no meat on it is ridiculous. We will never order this again and will think twice before ordering Tropical Smoothie again.

The service is great. The smoothies are always good. Sometimes the food is a bit lower quality.
I question why they offer apples as a side when the apples are always mushy and have brown soft spots.

Smoothie so watered down. It’s a hit or miss with this location. Today a huge miss for $13 smoothie that tastes like nothing. So annoying to pay so much and receive a tasteless drink.

Has a great tropical vibe in music, colors, and artwork. Plenty of good hot and cold eats on the menu and seating. We love going for a smoothie, salad, or açaí bowl after working up a sweat at hot yoga. They used to have a caribbean jerk chicken salad, but no more now they have the wrap which has some heat and so good! Oh and don’t forget some Miss Vickie’s chips and a fresh baked cookie to hit the road. Love that this chain is available in any town or if we travel out of state.

I work in this shopping center so I frequently go there for break. Today I ordered 2 smoothies for takeout and they charged my card twice. When confronted about it they said to wait an hour and it’ll work itself out. It didn’t. I called back and talked to a guy named Mohammed and he was very rude and accused me of lying until I asked if he wanted to see my statement. Then he said all I can do is call corporate. I called them gave them all the info, they had the receipt and proof that it was mine (from scanning my app) and still couldn’t give my money back. I won’t be going back there.
